The service and care that CSN Collision Toronto provided was really exceptional. It was a long wait time and that was OK because my insurance covered a rental car while the work was done. The help from my technician was great. Lifetime Warranty on the paint job was a very welcome bonus.

I recently was nearly run off the road by a dump truck while I was going northbound on the 404, which swerved into my lane and his rear wheel hit the front corner/side of my car. The front of car was almost lifted off the ground by the collision, but luckily for me the car righted itself despite traveling at highway speeds and I was unhurt. After driving for over 40 years, it was my first harrowing encounter on the road. Though the dump truck did not stop, I managed to get photos so police/insurance eventually assigned blame to the truck.
I next had to bring my car for repair, and it was really such a relief off my mind to get such excellent care from the auto body shop. As a surgeon, I have seen patients/families come to me in situations of extreme emotional stress. While one cannot exactly equate illness to a car accident, I do appreciate the care and attention to detail demonstrated by CSN Avenue Collision to make everything right for both the car and the driver. This experience has given be a greater appreciation of how much of a difference we can make in the lives of others after a traumatic experience by doing our best to be kind and caring.
A special shout out to Walid for his diligent hard work and are in getting my car back to me as good as new (which it was 4 months ago!)

We had our Model 3 Tesla rear bumper repaired at CSN Avenue Collision. The work was excellent, and detailing was without fault. Staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. All in all, a wonderful experience.
My only feedback would be a wish to see more communication during the repair process - managing the customer’s expectation regarding severity of damage, and the amount of time estimated to make the repairs, would be very helpful…
