Very poor service and stingy owners. After a full week of waiting for my suit to be tailored, I picked it up and half the job wasn’t done. The lady made me pay again for whatever I had asked to be done at the start, wait for another week to pick it up for her to give me the pants saying that they don’t do the “crotch and seat area as it would ruin the pants” - could you not have told me that at the start instead of charging me a $100 and making me wait weeks to get it? Avoid unless you wanna wear pants that look like you have diapers on…

I left my coat for dry cleaning. They didnt do the job, literally. I think they only steamed it and charged for dry-cleaning. Dont waste you money or time with this place.

They didn't do the job. I only left one jacket for dry cleaning and i believe they steamed it only. There was a small white stain that was left intact.. and the jacket still had the smell from storing it all year. Poor job! Wont go again to that place. Dont waste your money and time with this place.

They claim they are unable to remove any body odour from garments. I'm really not sure what the point of dry cleaning is if the garments do not come out clean. I'll be going elsewhere.

I went in for a bridesmaid dress alteration. The attention to details and service from the staff is great. And I appreciated the final product it was very well done. I appreciate the service and they delivered on time as promised!

WARNING!! 2 chances!! - I gave this location 2 opportunities. First I took a tie that they subsequently lost. They then called me 3 months later that they had found it- but it was not cleaned. Because it is very close to my office i thought I would give it a try again. I took a suit, thinking it would be harder to lose... and they gave it back to me again NOT clean!! WARNING DO NOT GO HERE, charge expensive prices and do not return the garments clean! I will never go back.

$30 for a simple hem job to shorten my curtains. I had pinned exactly where I wanted it hemmed after thoroughly measuring at home & they took it in no further questions asked. Such a simple job and they screwed it up & now I have to throw out my West Elm curtains because it looks ridiculous 5 INCHES OFF THE GROUND. Never again.

Ruined an expensive DFV silk blouse. Deny everything, and still charged me. I've had problems with them before, but have tried them again after a hiatus, and because of convenience. Lesson learned! I will never be coming back and really want to stress for people not to go there, especially with expensive clothes or clothes that they are fond of.

they were successful at completely ruining a brand new $250 Eton shirt. Went to get the arms shorten and now its way too short, nothing like what was agree upon. all that money, down the drain. Avoid.

Expensive and they don't stand behind their work. They ruined a friend's dress (when she got home she realized there were dirty streaks) and when she brought it back they deflected all responsibility. This place is conveniently located for those working downtown but you might want to take your expensive dresses and suits elsewhere.
