Cashier Dillon is very rude and unprofessional. Hopefully the manager care enough to give attention to their customer service here! Staffs here are very unfriendly. Not even seem welcome or say thank you after customers paying or leaving. This is very sad how bad this costco is.

The idea of having to scan the card to enter is such an inconvenience. I got my entry denied even thou my mother was inside shopping. They made her walk back all the way, to scan the card to let me in. They treat us like robbers at the entrance now. I will be cancelling my card.

East York Costco is always very busy.
Aisles should be numbered and also the Parking area. Hard to find the car. Numbering the parking lot will help us to find the car easily.

Yesterday , I went to the Overlea branch of Costco . I wish I hadn’t gone there . The quality of the vegetables in general , and lettuce in particular , was awful . Also, the prices of most stuff there were much higher than before without any specific reason .

Honestly a horrible location ? from Pallets & loose buggies all over the floor & parking lot to a failure of not even installing Entry or Exit signage at the front of the store. This makes for a huge bottleneck of confused shoppers bumping into each other. Clearly a very mismanaged location comparable to a Zoo ?. I just canceled my membership after 6 years of stupidity. Avoid this place!

Fair prices for a good quality products. I usually do my shopping for groceries here , and I would say it’s a good place, worth the dollar spent. Usually the products are fresh and nice, but Costco lacks variety, they usually sale basic and standard products. Overall it’s okay, at least better than metro!

Good, was bThe store was bustling with activity today. It seemed everyone was preparing for the upcoming holidays. Festive decorations and seasonal treats filled the aisles. Displays overflowed with tempting gift ideas for everyone on the list. It certainly put me in the holiday spirit!

DOUBLE TAPPING alert!
Been a costco executive member for over 15 yrs now. Shopping experience is always easy and selection great. This year, I had two similar encounters that troubles me. What happened was an expensive grocery item in the cart gets scanned twice. First time I was charged twice for one bag of smoked meat, and second time one miso black cod was scanned twice. Second time, a less expensive item was skipped as well, so the total number check at exit will not catch it.
Both times I need to go to the floor manager to get refund, which prolongs the shopping trip unnessecesily.
Please look at employee training @ Costco and check your receipt!
