“I bought my parts online, put everything together and then my GPU wouldn’t be detected after a cold boot. Canada Computers offers 30 days free service since purchase for diagnostics and exchange, so I was able to get help in the store. It was a complex issue specific to the batch of my GPU, but Alex at the tech service desk resolved it in under 24 hours. This is very efficient for the complexity of this problem. He was also very professional. Communication was excellent and very clear. Thank you to Alex and the 30 day policy for this help, my GPU works perfectly now.”

“I’ve been here twice now and both times the Genius Bar folks were super nice and rly helpful! My most recent visit was with Josh who was honestly lovely. The only downside is that walking into the store can feel kinda overwhelming (which makes sense because the Eaton Centre is always busy), but it’s hard to know what you’re supposed to do. Most employees were already helping someone and the ones who weren’t didn’t seem super approachable, even when I was clearly standing there looking lost lol so don’t be afraid to just walk up to one of them”

I was served first by Ali of the Best Buy sales team and then had a more in depth discussion with Nicholas from the Intel support team. Both were knowledgeable and listened carefully to my needs and directed me to the most reasonable options for my needs. Both were very patient and took a long time to explain the different features and pricing of different brands. Significantly, they were honest and frank about what I needed and they certainly did not try to 'oversell' me. I was very impressed with their knowledge and practicality, and most importantly, their guidance and willingness to explain what i needed in simple terms.They made a shopping experience that I was somewhat dreading a happy one, and I came away feeling that I had been extremely well served. Ali and Nicholas are great resources and terrific ambassadors for Best Buy and Intel!”

“20/10 service. He fixes all machines, not just newer ones and for much much less than other places. Totally helped save me hundreds by providing me with a new case after I told him about all my broken usb ports and how my power supply went this morning. Had a small hiccup when we got home that he came and fixed too. Soft spoken, super polite, knowledgeable and professional. Cannot recommend enough. Definitely will go to him with all my tech problems from now on.”
