An iconic building that has been well preserved and is still well used. There is an underground access to college park station which makes this a great place to be able to access the subway as well as a station that has access to good shopping and other amenities.

Nice place in the heart of downtown Toronto, could be a little bit cleaner if everyone would do his homework.
