Luxci has top-notch customer service skills. She was very approachable and friendly. I was comfortable in my own skin when she offered many beautiful pieces for me to try on in the store. If the management is reading this, please promote her! My experience was excellent and I will definitely come here again with my friends.

Incredibly rude sales associate. Was insulted based on the clothes I was wearing. He was also extremely pushy and called me broke when for not wanting to commit to buying the clothing there and then. Normally I like club Monaco and have good experiences but this is completely unacceptable. Avoid shopping here.

This was my first time shopping at Club Monaco Queen location and I had the pleasure of receiving outstanding assistance from Bobby. His extensive knowledge of fabric, style were truly impressive. Despite the busy day , he efficiently addressed all my questions, providing exceptional service!! I felt so welcomed. This location is clean and organized. I'm definitely coming back here. 5 stars!

Love, love Club Monaco especially this location! Bobby is the BEST! Always pleasantly helping me with clothes I want to try on and searching for sizes that I need. Always goes above and beyond. I don't understand why others gave bad reviews, all the staffs are wonderful whenever I call or visit the store. Special shout out to Jose! CM has beautiful clothes that fits my style, will never stop shopping in store or online.

I had the pleasure of shopping at the Queen St. Location last week. I had a few events to shop for and the staff was so helpful with helping me build a capsule wardrobe. I ended up getting it all. Bobby, Bianca and Jose were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Great store experience on a Saturday afternoon. Not too crowded and staff was friendly and helpful with getting me the correct sizes and styles. Shoutout to Cody in particular for being patient and providing great customer service!

Wonderful customer service! Anastasiia gave me great styling tips, found perfect sizes for the clothes I loved and overall was very attentive! It was my first time shopping here today but definitely not the last one. Quality of clothes is also amazing

Horrible. The staff was extremely rude and condescending. Refused my enquired and mocked me for asking for a bag for the clothes that I was going to try on. His words ”we are not that kinda store. Have you been here before? We are not that kinda store”, and then he laughed. What kinda comment is this???? Will not visits this place ever again. I am still very shocked at how rude he was. Do not recommend anyone to go there. Worst service I have ever had.
