Great store experience on a Saturday afternoon. Not too crowded and staff was friendly and helpful with getting me the correct sizes and styles. Shoutout to Cody in particular for being patient and providing great customer service!

Wonderful customer service! Anastasiia gave me great styling tips, found perfect sizes for the clothes I loved and overall was very attentive! It was my first time shopping here today but definitely not the last one. Quality of clothes is also amazing

Horrible. The staff was extremely rude and condescending. Refused my enquired and mocked me for asking for a bag for the clothes that I was going to try on. His words ”we are not that kinda store. Have you been here before? We are not that kinda store”, and then he laughed. What kinda comment is this???? Will not visits this place ever again. I am still very shocked at how rude he was. Do not recommend anyone to go there. Worst service I have ever had.

Bad experience at this location. Unwarranted attitude from an employee. The lady was speaking with other staff, shot my partner a look, stared at him and rudely asked “can I help you?” not realizing he was standing there waiting for me as I was behind a pillar looking at clothes. Was he staring off in space and possibly in their direction? No doubt.Are we being sensitive? Don’t think so. It wasn’t in a friendly tone. It was in a “wtf are you doing there. Do you have a problem” tone. Her approach made him feel demonized for just being there keeping me company. We immediately dropped everything and left. Very unsettling.

I never understand why the staff here are so nice...but for a clothing store on Queen west full of pretty people they are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Clothing is good for basics and beyond.
