I went in today to buy Birkenstocks. The person that helped me purchase Birkenstocks was named Vicky. She was a great help and recommended an even better pair of Birkenstocks than the one I originally wanted! Friendly and informative, I highly recommend this store!

The store owner Vicky is very helpful and friendly, I really enjoyed talking to her and the process of buying shoes. Also, the variety of Birkenstock is good.

I was looking for birks for work.They didn't have the ones I wanted, no one seems to.They did have a comparable shoe so I bought them.They also have some great hats that they got froma retired millner so if you're looking for a cool handmade hat, go here.

Needed a pair of snow boots after arriving from the UK, ill-prepared for the Canadian weather. Vicky, the store owner, was personable and helpful. After an efficient assessment and discussion of my walking gait and foot shape, Vicky brought out four pairs which she thought might be suitable. Out of these, I settled on a pair from Kodiak, which I have now worn for 5-6 weeks and are extremely comfortable. Thank you for the high quality customer service and recommendation.

After disappointment at Walking on A Cloud shoes just south on Yonge, I found this place. They had a huge selection of winter boots (and other shoes I'll have to go back to look at), and the saleswoman was excellent - she ran up and down the stairs to bring different sizes and styles. She managed to give attention to all the customers in the shop.

Been going for the past 8 years, my wife now owns 8 pairs of Berkinstocks, ( hope she does not see this add Xmas gift) great service, great selection, if they don't have your size or selection they will get them

Sent an email asking a question, within an hour or so got a response. Called today to ask about item, no problem we have what you are looking for. Walked over to the store, waited for the owner to serve another customer, which I was very happy to do. Gentleman got my shoe trees and within about 15 mins I was done. Service with a smile, or im assuming because he was wearing his mask after all.Shop, buy local!!Joe Halls
