I don't really understand why so many people are complaining about the store being closed when its supposed to be open. Perhaps they looked too sketchy? Anyway, went there on Nov 21, 2024 at 2 AM and a nice indian fellow there opened the door for me. Took some time to open the bottom lock for the door but at least its open. Prices are reasonable for a convenience chain, downside is that it can get cramped in there and you get the sense they have their eye on you to make sure you're not stealing. In conclusion, go there!

This store is ridiculous. You close randomly every night and don’t reopen until 5/6am. What’s the point is being 24hrs if you aren’t open 24 hours. Tonight I waited from 2am-4:30 to be told they aren’t opening until 5am.
It’s Sunday. The streets are dead and the store is clean. Why are you closed?

The guy who works here refused to let us in saying the store is closed. At the same time. he let someone else in.

Bad customer service i have ever received. The guy who was working yesterday night shift, i had to call him for checkout even though he saw me waiting for him.

The worker there is a guy who not only makes simple mistakes getting the right lotto ticket you requested, but then will blame you for their own mistake. Also saw him follow some black kid to the back of the store once even though I was already waiting in line for something. No professionalism or customer service, at this location.

This place is not a true 24 hour store. Twice now I've gone there overnight and even though they have staff there, the door is locked, and they tell me they are closed... super annoying. Go to the store at Bathurst and queen. They've actually been 24 hours for years and are a mom and pop, not a chain
