Can’t even answer their phone, called 5+ times to have no one answer.Every time I’ve been in this store I get rude looks, and the customer service/cashier never had a smile or says “have a good day, enjoy!” Even if you say it to them. Very unwelcoming.

I wish I could give less than one star as the customer service was completely awful. The night we walked in, it was pouring rain and we wanted to purchase an umbrella and the umbrellas were at the very back of the store and had a sign above them had said 7.99, so we grabbed one and went to the cash to pay for them and ended up getting charged 11.99. When asked why the price wasn't what was posted, the employee simply shrugged and said the sign fell down. Technically he should be selling the umbrella at the posted price ??? Or at least put the sign back up???

Been here multiple times as it’s close to my closest subway station. Every single time the clerk in the Jacksonville Jaguars hoodie has been grumpily acting like it’s a disservice that you’re even in the store.

A friend of mine borrowed my metro pass for the day and left it with them for me to pick up later as he was in a rush. Was pretty nice of them to actually agree to hold onto it. I had no trouble picking it up.
