  After the absolute worst customer service at Foot Locker, my partner and I visited Champs to look for some new sneakers. The experience was so much better. Friendly and helpful staff, who helped us find what we were looking for. Some of the best prices on sneakers to be honest.

  4 employees standing in the middle of the store. Walked in with intention to spend my money. Not a single person came by to help me or any other person in store. I made eye contact, yet seemed they did not get the hint. Oh well, I'll go to a store that actually attempts to help customer.
