We walked into the yorkdale celine stores multiple times knowing which product we wanted to purchase. The sales associates gave a really negative experience for the 3 times we walked in there. The fourth time, we encountered Rina and she provided a good experience as we were shopping. She was the only one who seemed delighted to help us.
The customer experience at celine is not comparable to other luxury stores, and I'll now think twice before I ever walk into this store to make a purchase and much rather go to a different store.

Went here on 12/3/23 to return an online order and the lady said I have to wait because the person that will process my refund is on break and I can just leave and they will just process the refund and I said no why would I leave without a proof that I returned the item and I would need a receipt that the amount has been refunded to my card. It’s not a good customer service for your customer to wait for a refund to be processed because your employee is on break and this is the first time I’ve encountered such things.Worst is they couldn’t give me my full refund because they have to wait for the manager to resolve the issue and I have to wait few days. You will not expect from Celine for this kind of service.

This was my first time visiting @Celine boutique and I wanted to take a look to the sunglasses, one member of the stuff was a girl named Farima Khoshghalb and she gave me a warm welcome to the store, polite, educated and friendly she showed me around the newest collection and explained the details and knowledge of the brand (charismatic) she treated me so nice and got my attention.Hedi Slimane has built up a rich discography of menswear: back catalogue that continues to influence progressive masculine dressing today. Celine clothes has a good quality with all new designsI’m glad to know that the house of Celine has chosen a very people for represent this store.

Very unpleasant with the service.
We were greeted by a short-haired Chinese girl who immediately rolled her eyes and ignored us when she heard that we were going to look at our wallets. Is this the type of image and caliber of prestige to present to your paying clientele?
Train your staff accordingly.
Will never come back for shopping again.
Avoid this store!
