They fixed the dents on the car. They also broke a button on the car that had nothing to do with the repair and say that I have no proof of it. I also turned my car in with half a tank of gas and got it back with no gas at all. If you want slow, rude, condescending and unaccountable service, this is the place for you! (They also work bankers hours and could not give my car back to me on time because the "technician was late".

They didn't put my back up wheel back in the slot. Just left it in the trunk, other then that, they were great, great service, picks up calls.

Tried three times both in person, by phone & through their online portal to get a formal estimate. Left messages on their voicemail and also submitted through their website portal. Finally got a call from Ahmed to say he had received my photos and that he would send me an official estimate. This was on April 17th. On April 24th I went by in person to find out when I could I expect a quote & the receptionist had no record of my request. Ahmed sat eating his lunch in one of the office chairs and didn’t actually say it was him I had spoken to him on the phone until the receptionist called him by his name. He then very cooly told me “well we have a two month waiting list anyways “ It seems they must only be interested in jobs they can put through insurance ??♂️ - whole experience was super frustrating & I wasted two weeks on. They had good google reviews but must be too busy to offer good service lately.

Worse customer experience, had me waiting 30 minutes for a quote and once he came out to look at the car he looked at it for 2 mins told me the amount - wouldn’t give me a written quote. Rudely told me nope can’t help you. Learn how to talk to customers.

1 week to get a quote, 8 weeks until they said I they were ready to book me in, and then the appointment was booked for 6 weeks after that. 14 weeks to get your car in (over 3 months)? Ridiculous. If your insurance tells you to come here, insist on anywhere else.

Excellent service! I got my vehicle back after two days for a bumper cover replacement. The paint job was well done and not rushed at all. Everyone on the staff team was friendly and knowledgable. Coordination with insurance company and rental car company was great as well.Services: Painting
