Auto center is fantastic! 5 stars all around! Had a issue on a cold dark night far from home. Pulled in with no appointment and was helped by a great service team. Professional and knowledgeable . Thank you for your kindness. It will be paid forward

My car broke down in their parking lot. The staff at the auto shop were kind, calm and helpful. They were pro-active in communication, problem solving and offered additional information to enable my decision making. They did not give any sales pitches, squeezed me into their schedule and accommodated my needs since this wasn’t in my plans for the day. They turned a normally frustrating experience into a piece of cake :) Did I mention I was stranded with a child and dog? Thank you!

Large store on a perfect location with all the tools available, I went for an auto tool which can be searched easily by using display unit on each aisle. Supported staff.

The workers of the auto centre are pushy, rude, and disrespectful. I took my car there for an oil change.
I ALWAYS get conventional oil. But they told me for liability reasons my CRV cannot take conventional oil and requires synthetic oil (at a higher price). I told them I’ve always had conventional oil and I got conventional oil at other Canadian oil service centres (which was true).
The clerk began to check my profile and then this Chinese lady interjected and yelled at me to get out if I don’t want to use synthetic oil.
Would not recommend.

They charged sales tax on an item that is exempt as per the CRA and they even advertised it as tax free on their website. I will be reporting this to the CRA.

Very poor management and organization. The lady in the car service department is rude, conflicting, and has zero knowledge/training of how to deal with clients. I did oil change with them several times, they didn’t have the right filter in stock twice; last time I added tire rotation to the invoice, and they didn’t inflate tires to the proper pressure. Don’t go there for car service.

This is my neighborhood Canadian Tire and my favourite Canadian Tire. The store is always well stocked , organized and clean. On special holidays, they would transform the middle area into sale events and put up balloons. This adds positive energy to my shopping experience. They also have an extensive Christmas area. Keep up the good work.

I am very thankful for the service I received at the Auto centre on Friday. I arrived very late with my car (tires in terrible condition) and the weather was pretty bad. I barely made it there, and I wasn’t certain if they would be able to service my car that night. Luckily a very kinda employee named Ehsan ensured I had my winter tires replaced that night. I was able to drive home safely with new tires, just in time for the holidays. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs auto service! Thank you!
