Had my nails botched at another shop, came in and met May, she was amazing. She listened to everything I said about length, shape, colour. And the came out looking gorgeous. Such a reasonable price too!
Cleanliness: Super clean store, everything was sparkling.

I have been going to Bridlewood Nail Spa for over a year now and very satisfied with their services. Amy who I usually go to is amazing, so is Rain & Peter. Whatever design I show, Amy gives it her best shot and overall I am very happy of their services. I usually do Acrylic nails and I would highly recommend them

Joanna was just awesome! She did a great job with my pedi & bio gel nails. She also followed the same instructions & the picture i showed her for the design.
Always my go to place plus the husband & wife who are the owners are always kind & welcome with a warm smile.❤️❤️

This nail spa has such a bad customer service. One staff don’t communicate properly and shows attitude to customer as well as want to charge double and humiliate customer. Never going to this place again, didn’t do the job properly my nails are all bumpy. if there was an option I would give minus rating to this place.

My gf was crying in her car when I got her call saying how ugly her nails were done. As you can see in the picture, the nails were super ugly, disproportionate and poorly done.I came over and went inside Bridlewood Nail Spa with my gf, the woman working kept on insisting the nails were perfect and it was an “art.”They didn’t take any responsibility and ask to pay a full price if you want to “change the style”.Now I’m writing this review as I’m sitting in the same store, Bridal wood nail spa, to redo her nails because my gf can’t stand how ugly her nails look for a second.Poor service, no customer service and overpriced.
