I just went today despite the bad reviews and honestly i don’t understand why people are upset leaving terrible reviews because they were very kind they asked if i wanted to try things on they helped me look for products they also were very respectful and helpful they were not racist at all so those who commented racist are wrong. All in all beautiful store kind staff and good quality clothing for a fair price you wouldn’t find anywhere else security was kind as well its a store for small and medium girls mainly which is great nothing wrong with it if you need something bigger goto a big and tall don’t get upset with what sizes they sell. So im thankful i ignored the bad reviews and went to see it for my self.

‼️TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️‼️experienced the worst customer service ever about the security guard racially profiling my little cousin. The store is run by teenagers that blatantly lie to your face and excuse predatory behaviour from security when an issue concerning the safety of their customers gets addressed. Extremely unprofessional behaviour from the security guard, Balkaram, when asked for a basic apology, scoffed and rolled his eyes. He stopped my little cousin at the door, blocking her way out, demanding to fully inspect her bag (after items and recipients were shown) and said verbatim “I’ve been watching you the whole time”. Keep in mind the clientele I’m guessing are all teenage girls, so as a 6’3 male security guard, why does he feel the need to overexpose his masculinity and terrorize little girls. I think it’s a little embarrassing on his part. Nothing was resolved. No apology, only store credit from the manager. That is not needed because you guys should indefinitely never give them any business.

An overall horrible experience which started off with an unnecessary request for a bag check as I was exiting the store. I initially refused as is my right to do so, especially given I saw no valid reason that one was needed because I purchased all items that were in my bag.However, a receipt for all of my purchased items was provided, and still the security’s persistent intimidation of requirement for a bag search was followed by him blocking the store exit not allowing me to leave.By this time, I have shown the security guard both of the items I purchased along with the receipt and was still being held from leaving the store as the security guard was still standing in front of and blocking the door preventing me from leaving.At this point, I believed the security had gone too far by requiring me to take the items I purchased out of my bag. This was even after I provided a receipt, showed him the inside of my bag, then removed the items from my bag to show him everything on the receipt. He additionally asked to have a look at the personal items I had in my bag for a further search.After this had all taken place, out of disappointment for the embarrassment cased and time wasted by this incident, all I really wanted was to be refunded for the money I had just spent at the store. At the very least, I was refused a refund due to “store policy”. The only alternative I was given was that I return the purchased clothing in exchange for an issued in store credit. This of course would defeat my intentions of returning the clothing for a refund in the first place as I really just didn’t want to support an establishment that did not feel welcoming.I truly regret ever making the decision to walk in to the store in the first place.

When I tell you this place is horrible, I’m putting that on my LIFE! But If you love getting racially profiled, this is the perfect place! The security guard, balkaram, will violate your rights and guard you from leaving the store if you refuse showing them the entire contents of your bag; which by the way, is completely illegal for a security guard to do so (not even police can without a warrant), especially when the reasoning behind it is “because i’ve been watching you the entire time” which had he been doing so, would have seen that nothing unpaid was in my bag. Additionally, scoffing and rolling their eyes at the simple ask of asking for an apology after being singled out from the store and fyi can honestly say, did not steal. The associates and management are completely useless in the matter and additionally making someone feel like they’re in the wrong for being racially profiled and for simply shopping at their store. Apparently, it’s also a violation of their rights to ask for the name of a manager btw. But yeah, cute clothes, ugly individuals. Staff is in NEED of a change, or business will continue to be for the pallid individuals.

If you want to be racially profiled by security and when it is brought to management they see nothing wrong with it then that is a great place to shop :) p.s they would not refund the items or apology as well no names were given as well by the staff because they knew they were in the wrong

Would leave a zero if I could… The staff were very rude and unprofessional. If high school was a store it would it be here. The one size fits all shtick sucks and is so discriminatory. The amount you’re paying for such low quality clothing is awful. There was clothing and garbage everywhere. The staff would be rude and not even look at you. Eye contact goes a long way in customer service. I have no idea why you would wait hours to go here. Terrible service. Bad clothing. Bad experience.

There is a reason for the low ratings. I’ve been a customer for years (in Montreal) and never seen such rude staff, as if the only criteria they have for hiring is “white rude” girls. My experience with the rest of staff has been mostly nice, but this girl in the fitting room was extremely rude, and while I was in the fitting room she laid on the ground to look at me and make sure I’m just trying clothes. My friend took a photo of her doing this. This is an obvious violation of my rights, and I will get to the bottom of it.I reported this girl in the fitting room to the manager. It’s unbelievable how they can keep being so disrespectful and discriminatory in 2024. It’s disgusting. We should boycott them if there is any dignity or respect. I had never felt so raged as I have never received such insulting behaviour in my life.Update: I went back because I had store credit I wanted to get rid of and be done with it. The girl who had “harassed me” recognized me and made fun of me in front of her colleagues and was telling them how I “looked” the other day. This is unbelievable.

I was here today and I asked for help and employee at the counter looked at me like I wasn’t speaking English I’m so confused.. I only speak English!! I had my Gucci bag and Canadian goose jacket so I was dressed well. I will not come here ever again to spend my money. I rather go to high end stores where they treat you well. Good luck guys !! Everyone should protest this place. So many rude complaints

The worst customer service I’ve had in my life, none of the employees would talk to me and when I asked one for a shirt she handed it to me over her shoulder and said nothing. The girl in the fitting rooms snatched things out of my arms didn’t say anything just I wasn’t allowed to try them on and then sent me into the room, I had over the amount of items and she had me leave them outside (not a problem) but then when I go to exchange them for other items she starts yelling about how I’m messing up the numbers and she can’t count them. I still ended up buying 2 shirts because they were very flattering but I regret supporting the horrid customer service. None of the workers seemed to be engaging with customers only each other, however my cashier was pretty nice and did speak to me. If you go just ignore the workers, they think they better then their minimum wage jobs ?

⛔️ PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SHOPPING HERE ⛔️I would like to share my bad experience for future customers. I really loved this brand and purchased so many items here. I found cracks on printing of my sweat shirt that I purchased 2 days ago and came back to store with original condition and receipt. While I took that sweat shirt out of my paper bag, The tag fell off by chance just in the store because the tag hole is too loose to tightly hold the tag so It easily fell off. I put the tag back. It looks perfectly fine. They said the tag is not attached to the item so can’t do any return and exchange by giving me customer service contact information and making non sense excuses. If you have experience in shopping here, you know that they stock up their item side by side without any sealing. There is no way for any dust free condition in this store. I have NEVER seen this complicated store policy. They completely don’t know how to run the business. They do not have any customer service. This business can’t last long for sure. You will pay the price of what you did one day.
