Very cute store! Friendly service, they were super helpful and attentive. A bit pricy but it makes sense because of the location, its also very helpful to try on the clothes to see if they fit instead of shopping online. Will be returning in the future :]

Even thought they have some great products here, I don’t find it to be a very welcoming environment. I understand that the items are very pricey but I don’t like being stalked around like some common thief. I’m probably not the only one but it makes me not want to go in and I’m sure I won’t again.Not to mention they don’t have much for extended sizes.

I can definitely understand why the people of this area love this shop. It has a lot of variety but the prices are not justified. You can go to each respective brand and get it cheaper from the sites. Customer service was fine, but once again the up charge isn't just a few dollars, we're talking $50+ normal price.

My fave shop on Queen street. There used to be at least 3 alternative clothing stores, but not anymore. This gem is the last of its kind. I've been a loyal customer for several years, and I try to support it as much as I can. Yes, the items are expensive, but you are paying for quality, and rare items that purchasing online would be even more expensive and troublsome.The owner is an expert on the specific items from Japan, and she cares deeply and is very sweet.My husband's yearly Xmas & bday gifts come from here & he loves all the items I've bought. I adore the corsets, the lace skirts, and the platform shoes.This shop is a goth's dream <3

Good selection, nice people, music that suits what they sell. As locals know, the markup is between 40%-300% or more. Shoes sat at about 80-130%, some clothing closer to 300% or more.

This store is great! For the quality of the clothes, the owner's knowledge and kindness. Yes, you pay for what you get. I don't understand why people compare this with online shopping, 2 different experiences!! I like to buy with a fitting with consultation. It's called service.

Great products but everything is so so overpriced. ( they have these futuristic LED glasses for 59.99 I bought the exact same ones for 19.19 on Amazon LOL)You can find most of their pieces online but you gotta prepare for shipping.

Rude staff, not much selection. They had almost no plus size clothing and the employee that I spoke to was rude when I asked for more sizes. If you're larger than a Large, don't bother.
