This review is about the store experience almost exclusively.We have used BoardGame2Go a few times for renting, but only had the games delivered.On our last rental we decided to drop off at their store.It is a smaller space with a good selection, but the in person service is lacking.When returning our rental we inquired about getting the pick up fee refunded since we were dropping off the games ourselves. This was refused and only points offered for our account.We also inquired about swapping the promo we used (from 2 week rental to 15% off renting 3 games) since we were dropping off well within the first week of our rental. This was also refused.If you are looking for any flexibility in your board game rental, don’t bother asking.

Excellent board game store! Well-stocked, considering it looks smaller than other stores in the city. I’ve gotten several games here that larger stores have been sold out of (eg Ticket to Ride Japan/Italy expansion, Monikers). Prices on par or cheaper than other places. Staff are always nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Staff go above and beyond to help you out and find something, they are so knowledgeable and can help you find the perfect board game. The store is well maintained and organized so it’s easy to search for different games too.

Such a delight every time I visit. The staff are always so friendly, helpful, and are very knowledgeable about their large selection of board games. It is one of the few (if not only) board game rental places I know of in the city, and their prices are reasonable, and their rental process is smooth, easy, and flexible.Would highly recommend for all of your board game needs.

Best place in the city to buy board games! I’ve visited in store many times and their staff have always been extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. They have reasonable return and exchange policies and have great selection!
