Don’t go to this store if you don’t speak Japanese. I went looking for a pair of shoes and I tried everything to communicate with the two people working there and I was unable to place an order for a pair of shoes they didn’t have at the store. Just a waste of time to go all the way there if the people who work there can’t communicate in English

Great people with some unique pieces in popular Japanese brands as well as less known brands that are popular in Japan. The customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. I have a few pieces from them that often get complimented. Best shop for this type of fashion in Toronto without coming off as pretentious.
Moving back to Toronto after a couple decades in Asia this shop is the next best thing for me.

Lots of high-end Japanese brand products. There are also shoes, miscellaneous goods, accessories, and magazines. It's expensive, but I think it's all good stuff.
Unfortunately, perhaps because I am Japanese, the young clerk's response was cold. The friend I was with felt the same way.

They have mean staffs today, showing bad attitude, I don’t feel welcome at all. Normally they have friendly staffs, I was surprised today. And when I ask my other friends, they have the same issue when they visit the store.

I just received my Orslow 107 denim and I am super happy with my experience. The order and delivery were very quick and well-communicated via the website and email. The packaging was clearly done with care. The next time I'm in Toronto, I will definitely drop by to shop in-person!
