I absolutely adore this pharmacy and its wonderful owners Heba and Mohamed. I’ve been getting prescriptions filled here for many years and they are always fast, professional, thorough, and caring. They go the extra mile and then some - not just delivering medications for me, but calling about renewals, sending snacks and treats, and even birthday cards. I’ve had two surgeries in the past year and both times I needed a friend or family member to pick up my prescriptions, they came back expressing how incredible my pharmacists are and how they wish theirs were half as good. I wish there was a rating beyond 5 stars!

Amazing service ! Support local stores !
We moved all our prescriptions here and we could not be happier. The customer service is above and beyond anything you will ever get from shxxpers or any other corporate entity. Leave the big stores behind, they do not need your business ( and by the way they treat you they don't seem to want it either!). Support your local community and reward the people that deserve it. Great store. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a customer of Bloom Pharmacy since they opened their first location on Fort York, and I continued going to them after they moved to Queens Quay. The owners are amazing, very kind, reliable, and provide exceptional service every single time. They always reach out in advance when my prescriptions are nearing a refill, and have delivered directly to my condo’s concierge (in the same neighbourhood), which is extremely convenient. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service!!

I have never had such a thorough and compassionate pharmacist in my life. When I am prescribed a new medication, Heba always takes time and courtesy to go over all the dos and don’ts with the drug, and her husband always gives you the warmest Hello whenever he sees you. I appreciate their service to our neighbourhood and will look forward to refilling all prescriptions needs at Bloom.

I've been going to Bloom Pharmacy since their location on Fort York and followed them to Queens Quay, even though it is a little out of my way. The owners are the kindest and friendliest people. They are super accommodating and have even delivered me my prescriptions when I couldn’t make in. Their level of service is like no other. I thoroughly enjoy going to this pharmacy!

I have been living in the neighborhood for the past three years. And I have to say Bloom Pharmacy is THE BEST pharmacy I’ve ever been to, and I’m so proud of living close to it.The staff are super friendly, caring, genuine, and call me to give reminder of upcoming holiday closures, just so I won’t miss my refills. I’ve bragged about this pharmacy to many of my friends and can’t believe this is my first time posting review about them. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO AWESOME!

I am a senior with complex pharmaceutical needs and I have received excellent care and service at Bloom Pharmacy where I am made to feel that I am a valued individual.The friendly staff at Bloom Pharmacy deliver my prescriptions to my door,free of charge, with clear instructions on how to take the meds. This is followed by a friendly phone call from the Pharmacist to check if I have any questions or concerns.
