I had an issue with my Oura Ring that I purchased online. I brought it into the Leaside Best Buy and received incredible service and support from Niro and Kim. They were so helpful, personable, kind, and professional. I’m so appreciative. They are all so knowledgeable here and can help direct you to products that suit your needs. It’s my favourite Best Buy location.

I went into the Leaside Best Buy today with a customer service issue, and it was resolved within minutes. I spoke with one of the store managers, Sue, who was extremely attentive, helpful, and nice; she helped me resolve an issue regarding a "trade-in" of my old MacBook Air. Brad from the "Geek Squad" department helped me install my anti-virus software on my new computer (which the location where I purchased the computer refused to do, even though I paid for it!). Overall, I had a great customer experience at this Best Buy location; we will be returning for all further tech needs!

Front door workers were nice and welcoming. But the downside when going to the back of the store at the games section or computer section the person never offered help which I was looking for new games... Finally when giving up leaving a lady ask if I needed help gave me a weird expression. Than finally the lady cashier was supervisor never said thanks for purchase or good day like someone mentioned in the review... I don't recommend this store location cause no customer service or friendly workers that are welcoming like the front sadly... there's other stores that sells similar products closer than this store near my home I won't be coming back.

This is the best place to go for any technology that you need to buy, whether it be high-end or cheap but reliable gadgets. The store is huge. They sell everything from appliances to phones to video games. If you're looking for a setup that can fit any needs from a web call setup to a gaming setup.

I mainly go in there to upgrade my phones because I like the benefit of getting the gift cards . But there are very slow . You wait a very long time and take forever . So if u planning to go in to get a phone don’t plan anything else because it’s all day I will say about 2-3hrs and it’s not like there’s a line up or anything .

I've been driving around, trying to purchase an audio cable for my Sumsang phone. Some attendants didn't know what was, and none of them could find out if other stores had them.Finally, one told me that the one on Laird Dr seems yo have 3.I found the site on Google and called them to make sure, but the general/ main operator comes on and she cannot connect me to the store!!!!!!!!! Grrrrrrr

One word..."wow". I order something to pick up and decided not to pick it up. I connect with Peter J on chat. He communicates that they can't cancel it because it's coming from a different store....strange, why did I receive an email to pick up the item then {shaking my head}. I am also told that the reason that I cannot call them is, "I am so sorry to tell you that, currently store phones are disabled :-( has less agents are available and we are trying our best to help customers." Honestly, I rarely shop there anyhow. Oh, I have to wait 5 business days but the email states three... apparently this service rep doesn't even know the company's policies!

I bought a phone from Bestbuy less then 8 months ago and the phone was a pixel 7 pro now my phone gets overheated and has a dead pixel but what bestbuy told me give us your phone for 7 days and pay 200 $ although I have a protection plan . What is going on here . Give me a phone for 7 days what should I do with 7 days I don't have a backup phone . How I can work without a phone . I am really disappointed by the bestbuy don't ever buy anything from this stupid store with a stupid and unfair policy and don't ever buy a pixel phone from

Bad manager refused to give gift card for defective insignia charger that was within warranty, had to go to other Best Buy to have it taken care of. Not good customer service.

Extremely poor customer service. 1. It was difficult to find staff willing to help and hand us the product we were looking for. 2. Once I found someone: A very unfriendly human scanned the product (bose headphones $550 CAD) did not greet, did not provide any info about the headphones she only asked “credit or debit” and after paying gave us the box without even saying have a good day or thank you!! Best buy should just have self checkout. They are wasting money on unfriendly, rude, helpless staff. Not coming back !

Worst experience ever!!!I bought an LG TV from this store with a couple of screen pixel issues,I brought it back to the store, they exchanged it 3 times for me!! All 4 of them have the same issue and this is annoying!I should waste my time and return this as well!!
