Took my car in for a nail in the tire. The guy took one glance at the car and said it's not fixable!!! He said run flats cannot be fixed and must be replaced. Cost, approximately $700/tire and both have to be replaced, so $1400.
Took the car to a recommended tire shop and they fixed it in 10 minutes for $30.
THESE GUYS DONT KNOW SQUAD.

It was on 9th June Sunday afternoon and I was looking for a nearby garage to fix my flat tire. Fortunately I googled and found this address. It only took 15-20 mns to fix the tire. On 15th June, I went again to get quote to replace Brake pad, rotors and few other things. Their price was very reasonable and service was excellent. The best thing is that they open 7 days a week and you can just drive in. Highly recommend this shop.

Not impressed. Fast service but didn't fix the issue and poor to minimal communication. Brought my car in with a leaking tire and asked them to check rim based on roadside assistance diagnostics. They ignored my request, proceeded to patch a hole which they said had a nail in it but did not inform me before the repair or show me nail. 2 days later my tire is flat again and inside of tire shredded so I have to replace it plus buy a new one to match it at another service centre.

BEWARE of SCAMMERS! Horrible experience overall. They will smile through their crooked teeth while taking your money as well as creating damage to your vehicle to get you back into their shop for repairs.
I visited Bento's Auto and Tire Centre just to obtain a Safety Certificate to transfer the title of vehicle for documentation to Service Ontario. The vehicle is in excellent condition, requiring no additional work. Prior to my visit, I had called Bento's to inquire about the cost, and I was quoted $120, inclusive of tax.
After waiting for over an hour and a half, they informed me that a plate bulb needed replacement, which came as a surprise since the car had been inspected beforehand to ensure a swift Safety Check clearance. This additional service was performed without my consent, leading to an extra charge of $40. Consequently, the total bill amounted to $187.58, instead of the agreed-upon $120. Despite the discrepancy, I refrained from disputing the matter.
However, to further dismay, upon leaving the center, I discovered that the air conditioning system was no longer functional. Upon further inspection, it was evident that the AC Freon had been tempered with and intentionally released, rendering the AC inoperative. Fortunately, with some basic knowledge of the vehicle's mechanics, we were able to identify the issue caused by the center's fraudulent actions.
Overall, this experience at Bento's Auto and Tire Centre was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise against taking your vehicle to this shop and recommend seeking services elsewhere at all costs. If given the option, I would rate this experience zero stars due to the unprofessional conduct and unethical practices encountered during my visit.
EDIT: Moreover, following the submission of the review, I promptly received a threatening phone call regarding the matter, marked by unprofessional conduct, threats, and disrespect. It is important to note that I did not provide any identifying information in this review, such as my vehicle details, owner information, or contact number. Despite this, the caller Louis from Bento's seemed to be aware of the specifics of the incident and targeted me with threats. As a result, I intend to report this case with its harassment to the police.

Lots to recommend this place but there have also been times where we've been disappointed. Ten years ago this place was unbeatable. But since the old Bento retired, they seem to be slipping a little. Generally I find they are more good than not, but when they are bad they are REALLY bad. E.G. their charges are more reasonable than anywhere else, 95% of the time. Most of the service guys are very nice. However if you are female and try to negotiate or request an explanation of something some of the staff can be rude, condescending and dismissive. I went in once with my engine light on for reasons unknown, and while paying I asked what had been done. Service guy seemed really annoyed that I was asking for an explanation, he was quite short and sharp with me. EG2 They fixed a tire for me, and told me my wheel lock key was in the glove compartment. What I found was an ordinary lug nut. When I tried to tell them they had my key, they patronizingly explained that they had their own tools so they wouldn't keep mine. Showed them the lug nut, they just shrugged. So it's cost me $240 to have the locking nuts broken off and replaced (elsewhere), because they couldn't be arsed to look for a misplaced wheel key. Basically, if I need something done in the middle of the night, or I'm short of cash, I'll go to them, but they aren't my first stop. I mean, most of the time your car will be serviced reasonably well. But when it isn't, you won't get much customer service after the fact.
