I have been a customer with Beanfield for the past 3 years and not once experienced an issue. Their internet service is amazing and if you are in Toronto and they are not your internet provider, you are doing yourself a disservice. I should’ve given a review sooner but after my most recent experience, I owed it to them to give one. I was experiencing tech issues with my work laptop and had to get a few things sorted out. Beanfield’s agent Chandan walked me through the steps I needed to take spending over an hour assisting and supporting me, being the most patient, understanding and kind throughout the process.If you are reading this and considering a new internet provider, look no further.

After having been with Rogers for years, I decided the take a chance with a company in which I didn't have much knowledge or information about. Previously I was paying about $100/m (on a 2 year contract) for Rogers Gigabit internet in my building, which I thought was excessive, particularly when the term expired and it went up to $200/m. Thus I decided to cancel Rogers (and my mobile phone plan with them as well), and move my internet service over to Beanfield. No contract, higher speed, lower cost, and most importantly real human people with real human responses on the other end of an email/phone call, not standardised interactions. Install was set-up and quickly handled (unlike Rogers they were able to access the condo unit's pre-installed Ethernet ports, but mainly used WiFi). Speed was great, service was solid. I upload and download heavy files/games/etc and it worked without issue. Ping for the online games was great (even if I sucked). Streaming 4k, easy. Cancellation and return was easy (drop-off or they'll send you a return envelope for the modem). Overall, super happy with the experience. Disappointed that my new place in a different province won't have Beanfield access. Maybe later...

I woke up Friday morning without Internet or cable TV. I phoned tech support at Beanfield and the young lady who helped me was great. She was very patient guiding me throughout my condo where the service panel might be and was able to get everything up and running in quick order.

Disappointing! I thought it would be a great idea to switch from Rogers to Beanfield because like everybody else, I was lured with their false advertisement of 2gb for $50 but guess what? The technicians arrived today and after installing and running a speed test, I was getting less than 180mb even hardwired. Not sure if the technicians were inexperienced but I was so disappointed and asked them to take their “joke” of a router to wherever it came from. To think I took a day off from work for this is disheartening. An absolute joke! Stop giving false promises for something you clearly do not have the capacity for. Thank goodness I didn’t cancel my service with Rogers. Though overpriced, Rogers at least, delivers what they promise. With Rogers, I was promised 500mb but I’m getting 586mb instead.

Have been using Beanfield for *years* and once they wired up our place, it's been smooth sailing. Also awesome when you call them you talk to a real person and they're always really responsive if/when the service gets interrupted which has been very few and far between. We also use their cable which is totally awesome and a pick + choose when we've added/removed channels that's been really awesome to not have to pay for another streaming service. Thanks Beanfield!

Customer service is good but the internet service is problematic.I have to call often for resets and most of the time my 5G network is not available. Only the 2.4G network is consistent but VERY SLOW. If my building didn't choose to rewire for this company, I never would have chosen them. I was with TEKSAVVY for many years previously and i rarely had any issues with my internet service

I used to have Fibrestream Internet at home. Fibrestream was then acquired by Beanfield. Since then I've been having issues. Currently my Internet speed is WAY below what it was / should be (intermittently). This has now started to impact my work. I've contacted support and have been told "unplug your router." I have done this multiple times. I've also been told "call us so we can troubleshoot." I have no idea why that would help when nothing with my home router/access point has changed. At this point I'm looking for a new provider.

Beanfield is absolutely amazing. Internet speed and ping is a big issue for me considering all the gaming I do and beanfield nailed it. I get insanely low ping on games and I get the speed they advertise. Super affordable too. Make the switch today trust me. Its been two years since I posted this review. I am using the internet 24/7 and beanfield has never once gone out. Absolutely amazing uptime. I even switched units and they handled it super quickly no hassle whatsoever. Beanfield is the goat.

I have been with Beanfield twice now and both times have been an excellent experience. Positives for me:1. Up-front, haggle-free and worry free pricing.2. Excellent customer service at all levels I have dealt with - installation technicians, and customer service on the phone and via email.3. I like to support small/medium sized businesses as much as I can.4. They use their own infrastructure (cable lines.)

Beanfield was my internet provider with Fiberstream and they are the best. Since the day of installation a kind technical came to my apartment and did the best job installing the equipment. But it was not only a simple installation, he was kind, respectful and full of positive vibes. He even helped me to put the modem in a place where the lights will not distub my sleep because I live in a suite. Some months later, I had to end the contract with Beanfield because I am moving out and had to cancel my internet service and plan. I was afraid because I've heard how difficult it is to do so in Canada. However, Beanfield customer service where amazing and kind. I just sent an email explaining why I have to cancel and they did it fast, plus they were extremely kind and positive, cheers to Asha and Lihn who were the people that replied my messages. They even told me that I don't have to return the modem and that I can keep it with no extra charge or pass it over to anyone I want. This is a 10/10 company and their people, technicias and customer services are amazing human beings. Bravo!

They bought out fibrestream who was my provider for over 7 years and now with beanfield’s take over in under 3 months i amHaving trouble with no service… and customer service support is a very long wait

charged my credit card without my consent, took months to cancel my internet service that i never asked for and kept charging me for three months. worst ever customer service and very incompetent agents. had the audacity to remember my card and would not forget it even after i’ve asked several times. had to lock my card eventually to avoid getting charged. you’re very lucky i didn’t sue for fraud.

Fastest internet service around, and the technicians are quick to come if there’s any issue. Used to have issues going on certain websites like ticketmaster (a few years ago) but that’s all solved now.Price is INCREDIBLE for 2Gbit speeds

Beanfield is the absolute best!Service is always perfect and high quality.Even more impressive is the president sent their customers a letter to assure us that they will not increase their prices in this time of extreme inflation because they understand the pressures that families are facing.
