I woke up Friday morning without Internet or cable TV. I phoned tech support at Beanfield and the young lady who helped me was great. She was very patient guiding me throughout my condo where the service panel might be and was able to get everything up and running in quick order.

They bought out fibrestream who was my provider for over 7 years and now with beanfield’s take over in under 3 months i amHaving trouble with no service… and customer service support is a very long wait

Amazing ISP. If they’re available in your building, would not recommend anything but this. Greta value for money and reliability.
