Very pleased with the service received from BBS Accounting over the past few years. They stay on top of items requiring completion so I don't have to worry about it, and send me reminders for items required regularly so I don't need to worry about tracking it on my own. I especially appreciate their efficiency during tax season to manage my corporate and personal returns. Highly recommended!

I don’t recommend this accounting firm.By December 3rd 2022 we had paid our deposit and granted them access to my QB as per their instructions.OnJanuary 11th I followed up and let them know we had an approaching deadline and on January 12 they let us know they would have our drafts send to us in 2 weeks time and that they would “make it a priority” and we would have our NOAs in February.On January 31 we emailed to check in and said we were at the finish line. They responded again with a delay saying that we could check in with them Mid February.On February 27 they said they would share our drafts with us the first week of March. Throughout this time they sent email requesting access to docs we had already sent, asked questions we had already answered through our several emails and requested access to Google drives we had already shared. We were starting to suspect nothing had been done at all at this point because of this.On March 8th they said they would send our drafts to us the following week.It is now March 20th and they’ve just asked me to provide access to my QuickBooks. I was appalled that three months later they are asking for the access to my QuickBooks meaning nothing was started. When I confronted Sanjeev he redirected the blame to us and said that we did not respond to his questions in a timely manner. As of January 12 he never indicated that he did not have access to our QuickBooks or was missing files yet continually promised to provide us with our drafts.This was clearly not a priority to them, it was not important in the slightest. Sanjeev is rude and unprofessional and I will never recommend his firm.I will not attach screenshots of the email thread but if I need to I will.
