Joe and his team have always been communicative, prompt and accurate in their work, and are easy to reach on the phone. Great shop with great mechanics! They're fair on pricing and work with you to resolve your car issues. They put a lot of effort into diagnosing, replacing and installing new components. They are upfront and transparent about the work that needs to be done to your car. They also work on all makes and models. I highly suggest anyone that has car issues should check them out as they're quality of work is top notch ?

I do not recommend it to anyone, they work very expensively and very poorly!! We left a lot of money with them and unfortunately my car is still defective!!! They stopped the problem and they can explain it every time!!! I paid 3 times for the same problem and the problem is still there!!! They trick you, lie and take your money!! I do not recommend it to anyone!!!

I would like to appreciate the generosity of gentlemen on 2nd Dec for his genuine suggestions to save my 600 Bucks almost got looted by Mr.Lube guys. They asked nail on my tire is on side wall but you guys saved me even after argument. I drove back on my way to BayView Automative service and this guy was quick to identify and pull out the nail which was not made puncture at all.I would highly recommend these guys.

Tires, oil changes, suspension work, they can do it all. They actually answer the phone and phone you back, unlike a lot of the dealerships in the neighbourhood.

Had a great experience bringing my vehicle here. I needed tire rotation and an oil change. Scott and Joe made me aware that my vehicle’s tires had feathering, which meant i needed an alignment. After the alignment, my front tires stop wearing out as fast! Im glad they found that concern, for i was already on my second set of tires. They helped me save and have reasonable prices considering the location. I was happy with their work and inspection. Will recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, professional neighborhood shop!

We had a wonderful experience at Bayview Moore Automotive. We called with only a few hours left before close. The mechanic agreed to slip us in for a headlight bulb change before they closed at 5pm. We got there late, he had to do more work than expected to get access to the bulb, and we ended up not having the right bulb. He accommodated us despite our lack of preparedness that day, and he didn’t charge us the labour despite wasting his own time. He even gave us directions to the nearest place to get the right bulb. Honestly, he was the antithesis of the “shifty mechanic.” As a man who is not savvy with automotive repairs I appreciated this. Then the guy made a painful situation painless.
