really rude cashier! i forgot her name but she was of south asian origin that’s all i remember
my mom and i were trying to separate our products at the cash counter because we were paying separately, and the cashier sternly says “you can just leave it here.” in a very rude tone. Like no i can not “just leave it here” because how would you know what to scan and what not to?…since we were paying separately. I told her this and she gave even more attitude. so rudeeee!

INVOICE OVER $30 & GET DUFFLE BAG WITH 8 PRODUCTS IN IT FOR JUST $35 extra.
We were not allowed to open box until it gets billed. Infact box contained only 7 items and that too excluding ocean men face scrub and body cream/lotion.
Display had customers allured by testing cream, perfume, lotion etc and actually customer gets small pack beard cream and lotion instead of $17 products on display.
Display had 8 products in duffle bag amounting $80+
Even after reporting twice that sales rep confirmed 8 products and while billing they mentioned those are new hired. Someone might have added products on displayed. How come trained sales rep trt n test products with customer by saying they have it in daily use and its recommended.
Even after complaint they had lotion /cream on display which are not in duffle bag. 😂👌👍

I hate that the sanitizer area is small and hard to chose sanitizers to the point I have to bend over. I’m tall so it’s hard to look for them. There was a very loud African women (another customer) who kept shoving me while looking for hand sanitizers and it was so hard to pick out sanitizers. I might go to a less busy location next time but I like this location because it is nicer and has more variety but it is too tight especially with customers who bring their children to test all the sanitizers and make the area messy. It would beneficial to come here when it is not so busy or order online.

Very very poor customer service from the cashier today. Asked for a double bag because I came a far distance to shop here and she was very rude. Don't like this location. Started off nice and ended up with crappy customer service and rude behavior. Other locations are not like this.

I absolutely love this Bath and Body Works location! The workers here are incredibly friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to the Filipino female employee and the White male employee; their bubbly and helpful personalities truly made my shopping experience delightful.
Bath and Body Works always has fantastic deals, and I particularly enjoy their $3.95 hand soap promotion and the buy three, get one free offer on full or mini-sized body care. I left the store with four hand soaps and four full-sized body care items (two shower gels and two fragrance mists) for under $80, which is amazing value for money.
While I don't shop the semi-annual sale anymore because I find it to be a hit or miss, I appreciate that the store is always well-stocked and convenient. In the past, the semi-annual sale had a wide variety of scents and items on sale, but now it seems to be limited to specific scents and items.
Overall, this location is fantastic, and I highly recommend it for its excellent customer service and great deals.

I lost my costliest water bottle in this shop and none of representative’s were ready to help me, I had kept my bottle in the cashiers cabin I realised the lost in 30mins and came back and asked for it and no one responded properly very bad customer service

I really enjoy shopping at Bath and Body Works, but I have a small tip for future shoppers: try to select products from the back of the shelf. It seems that some customers use or test items from the front, regardless of whether they're marked as testers or not. I'm not sure why this happens or why it's permitted, but it's a good idea to inspect your chosen items for any signs of prior use, as they may have been tampered with.

Such a great place for body wash, cream, moisturizers, candles, perfumes etc. Not high quality brands but awesome natural smell everywhere. Store is beautifully designed and they evn hand hand washing station too. You cab wash your hand after testing their products. Staffs are everywhere and very helpful. Ill definetly come here again
