What descipable behaviour shown by a so called manager by the name of Chan, who harassed me my entire visit, the prejudice shown by this character is unbelievable and I made sure I was able to capture her in the moment. Let’s work on who we call leaders of our storefronts.

Serina not sure that is the correct spelling but she was AMAZING. Had 4 customers in line. Did it in a timely manner and made each one of us special. Nice to meet you, you sure made all of us at home, Please keep her, as she is an asset to your store

Always excellent customer service. They have great deals going on frequently. I'm a big fan of their hand sanitizer. If you don't feel like smelling a lot of things, you can just tell them what sort of scent you're looking for.They give great recommendations. Their foaming or gel hand soaps are excellent, as well as their hand creams as well.

niloo is one of the rudest managers at this location she talks to customers and employees in a condescending voice as if shes better than everyone. I was being cashed out and she screamed at an employee about helping because she wasn't in that position, but the girl had just come out and saw it was a long line. HR needs to rethink her position as a manager, she is horrible. Other than that I can't complain about the rest of the staff they were awesome! especially Jackie

Went in yesterday for the body care sale with my mom and daughter. I had a question about a certain product if it qualified as a care or sale item and one of the workers rudely replies “it’s only body care , you can’t read” Again I didn’t know if it applied to the sale since I’m not aware of the item . First she didn’t have to reply Rude. A simple no could’ve been fine . I understand the pressure of sales and Christmas jams but please train your staff to attend more friendly . Disgusting .
