The owner Ray really goes above and beyond here! He's listened to stock requests, special ordered my pets' food in bulk, and even offered the use of the store's dolly when I was struggling to get the 50 pound box home on a hot day! Do yourself a favour: skip the chain stores and go here for great service!

My experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Staff is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and friendly. I’ve been buying my dog’s food here for years and needed to change it due to my new puppy’s sensitivity. The recommended food solved the problem and they also delivered same day when I couldn’t make it before closing due to work. Thank you!

Ray and the team are absoultely wonderful. This local treasure has absoutely amazing pet treats, toys and food. We have been ordering from Bark N Scratch for over a year now and absoutely love the service and selection. The delivery feature is also very nice, especially if you don't have a car or want to get something in bulk.Thank you again for being so personable, knowledgeable and friendly ?

I have been a neighbor of Bark and Scratch for nearly 13 years.Shopped at this store for my siamese cats for years.This store offers a personal touch to their customers, and they are very knowledgeable when it comes to recommending the proper foods for your pets.Big box stores don't have the same feel and personal welcoming as Bark and Scratch.Shop at this store and you'll know what I mean.
