Do not go in there with any bags, because even if the staff have seen you purchase dozens of things before, they'll still suspect you're shoplifting, just on the basis of carrying a bag with things inside. I go elsewhere, because they assume everyone is a shoplifter.

My first time experience here was terrible. Lovely store, great selection of items and nice prices but the people working there I guess they’ve had a lot of teens coming in and stealing that they take no chances with anyone who walks In. Soon as I walked in a guy who works there was following me (while distancing himself) to make sure I wasn’t stealing so I was not able to shop in peace. the lady told me to empty out my bottom stroller (when I had grocery’s underneath) and to put it into a clear bag before I come inside lol lady please nobody is really going to do all that. It’s no wonder they never have customers! If you’re scared of people stealing close your damn store. There’s even a sign on the door that you can’t go inside unless you leave your bags or purses in the front before you shop.

Would have given 2 stars for the selection and quantity but seems like I’m not alone in my experience. Cashier was unpleasant and charged me $2 more for a toaster than it’s price tag. I noticed and told her, and she wrote over the price tag on the item to reflect her higher price. I ended up having to find the other toasters to show her and she gave me $2 in change. She was pretty upset when I left

Occasionally you can find a good deal here but most things dollar store quality but marked up. My big issue is the cashier doesn’t scan the items in and instead punches them in manually when no price tags are on most items. Every time I have come in here she has punched in at least one price higher than it is on the shelf. So I have to point it out to her and then she checks the scan off of it, pulls out a calculator and deducts the difference…however she doesn’t take off the additional tax. It may not be a lot of money but it sure must bring in a lot of extra cash to the store so if it’s an intentional scam, bravo…because probably most people don’t wTch closely

I've been a customer of this store for at least 2 years, the customer service was not great, but even without a good experience I spent quite a bit there because I was finding what I needed and I like to support small businesses.However, today I had a horrible experience. I entered the store and the lady on the cashier screamed that I had to leave my backpack and I said I wouldn't leave it there because I was carrying a laptop which is not even mine, it's from the company that I work for. They didn't allow me to enter the store. They were SO RUDE. I've felt so offended! I'm a thief!!! Whether someone is stealing them, that's not my problem, I'm not doing that. They should work on their security system to discover if someone is stealing, not asking people to leave their backpacks, bags... At the cashier. I would never ever leave my backpack there, if someone steals or breaks the laptop it would be my fault.I felt so offended that I got home and I called the store and asked for the manager to say they should not treat customers like that. The lady said they don't have a manager (maybe that's the problem) and I said, "well I'm gonna talk to you then. It was me that you offended a few minutes ago." She just hung up the phone on my face. Such a horrible experience!I will never set foot there again.

It may look a little rough on the outside, but has allot if great stuff inside. Some cool finds like fancy rugs, to everyday needs like bleach. Overall some fair prices. And some very kind workers. Place is huge you won't leave empty handed.

Staff isn't helpful and in fact rude, the merchandise is dirty, dusty and it looks like they've just left it on the skids and piled the skids throughout the store. They have a wide selection of items however it's laid out in a very large space (an old Bingo hall.) You can manage to get some alright deals if your willing to get a little dirty, there are a lot of cleaning products with no labels or broken bottles, crushed packaging etc. They were open during the pandemic and the staff didn't wipe the baskets or surfaces down, they offered no sanitizer.and didn't bother wiping down the carts*

Decently priced stuff but the owners are so extremely rude. Also, part of the ceiling seems to be falling in, but its ok, its been covered with a garbage bag.

This store is a great alternative to Dollarama however the customer service is horrible. On my last visit the cashier refused to bag my items and instead tossed the bag towards me.

They say one price on the tag yet charge you a different price at the register. Expired products by more than six months; unwelcoming atmosphere.

This place is a hidden gem, don’t let the outside scare you off, they literally sell everything you need in one place and the prices aren’t too bad? from tools, to laces, to food, to sewing, to art canvas, to gardening, to spices, to clothes, to cleaning supplies and birthday things they got it all

I mean you rarely find an actual bargain in this place and out of the few times I came by here I felt super unwelcomed each time. I've been followed around the store by the man, pretending to constantly be working, always suddenly near me...then there was the cashier lady, when I approached she ignored me and sat there on her phone. When she finally stood up she brings the phone, sets it on the counter and proceeds to ignore me and mess with her phone...when she was finally ready to serve me she really couldnt be bothered with returning any of my pleasantries. I'm not sure this place is really worth going back to again. I feel like I'm just there bothering them anyway...

One of a king large fascility in this neighborhood.Big store, lots of things available in this COVID-19 crisis time as well.Prices are a bit high now but that is the case everywhere these days.Nice staff, specially the Manager Mr. Khan.Great location, just Infront of Lansdowne station.But no car parking available.

This place is exactly what it looks like. Take this place at face value and you'll love it. Great bargains all over, a no frills shop with tons of cool little gems and deals. Bargain Club saved me from eating off the table when I moved into a new apartment and needed to stock my kitchen with dishware and cooking equipment.
