Try returning a hoodie bought from their website. But was refused by a guy who works there. Although the website clearly says products can return through a boutique store.

Had a lovely experience at Balenciaga Yorkdale thanks to David, one of the best SA’s I have ever encountered! He was kind, patient, and understood my style/needs very quickly. He brought out many styles from the back that he thought I might enjoy and made the whole experience feel very curated. 100% will be back again!
