We were looking for a reliable way to store our luggage in Toronto as we had a late-night bus to catch! Unusually, our hotel was in the suburbs, so I didn't fancy going back to retrieve them!
I did a quick search via Google and found many other organisations that offer the same service however, I wasn't looking for a retail store or a shop. I was looking for a reliable set-up in which their main goal was looking after luggage AND was actually in the train station, rather than outside it!
Hey, Ho Bags Away Luggage Storage!
Bags Away isn't cheap and was in fact pricier than the others, but was worth the convenience of actually being inside the train station and was open until 11pm (23:00).
Would I recommend? Yes, absolutely!

What a brilliant idea to offer a luggage storage right there, next to Union Station, a few steps from the Billy-Bishop shuttle stop.
It was a fast and simple process to book, drop and take off walking around without the pain of carrying our packs! Say Good Bye to sweating backs and looking like tourists!

This is a brilliant facility. We had to be out of our apartment a few hours before our flight. We left 2 big suitcases here and were able to continue on our last day without lugging them around.
It’s literally next to the entrance of the UP, really convenient.

Awesome service. Very convenient and super efficient. I would advise that you post some signs over at the Toronto Island Airport as I am sure some folks stay there all day due to no lockers for luggage when they can enjoy that beautiful city. We took the tunnel and then the free bus to the train station - the bagsaway dropoff was right there at the INS store. Perfect!

Prime location & cheap with friendly staff what can you ask for?. I had to check out of my hotel at noon and my flight was leaving at 8 PM needed my bags to be stored somewhere safe , bagsaway Luggage storage did the job. Definitely something that’s necessary in every state.
