The girls here are amazingly helpful every time I come here.I had a list of things I needed to get for my girlfriend’s birthday and had a hard time shopping at first but these ladies for sure helped me out.Definitely recommend any guy to come here if they need help shopping for their girlfriends!

The short plump Asian lady (I think she’s the store manager? Not sure) is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. She was incredibly unfriendly, and had so much attitude. The entire time she was helping me and ringing my purchases up, she had a sour expression. She looks and acts more like a pig than a human. I don’t understand why people work in retail if they have no social or people skills. Lady, it’s not our fault that working at Babaton as a retail clerk is the best you’ll ever do in your life. Keep your attitude in the trash can where you also belong please.

I have placed huuuuge orders at this store and the staff were always very friendly. The manager (I forgot her name, it was an Asian girl) has been really kind with her service whenever I went in. I ordered things when I was out of country and they held on to the items for me for a month until I returned :)

not sure how to explain how horrible their customer service was. I purchased an item 2 weeks ago that I originally exchanged for the colour and they were hesitate to take the item back- even though I asked for a store credit just to buy something else that day. An associate asked the manager if I could get the store credit and she shook her head saying no. (The item I was retuning is still in season and on the shelves- how logical is that).I have had pretty great experiences at aritzia with their customer service but this store has absolutely shocked me. I ended up taking my stuff to aritzia and had no issues getting other items and the staff was much more willing to help. Management definitely needs to be reconsidered here, has potential to ruin reputation of the brand.

I was shopping here this past Saturday and had the pleasure of meeting Gabby and Yazmeen. Not only were these two ladies very helpful, they were genuine and very pleasant to interact with.Sales representatives make the world of a difference when you're shopping and can be the deciding factor when making a purchase, these two ladies we're the perfect example of what "to do" and made me want to purchase more then what I already had.This will definitely be my first stop when I got to the mall moving forward!

The ladies who helped me this morning were beyond helpful, friendly and honestly, great at suggesting things I would like. It's so hard to find good customer service these days and that is why I usually just shop online. The clothes are very unique yet classic, sexy but elegant, pricey but worth it! I love Babaton!

you guys should learn from the girls at Wilfred at eatons, you guys are a couple steps apart yet the difference in quality of service is drastic. you girls need to learn how to respect customers, simple greetings are basics with the price point of your merchandise. manager, please do your job and train your associates properly because they don't know the basic human respect let alone working in a customer service role. it's clear they're only there for the discount, which really they don't deserve if they're representing the company in such a sour manner.

I really love the clothes here! Unfortunately I felt ignored by staff during my entire shopping experience and I felt pretty gross leaving the store after spending over $100 on a shirt.

Spent 30 minutes trying on clothes, went to pay and gave $100 bill but they didn't have $30 change. What kind of store doesn't have change in their register, especially when 70% of their clothes are more than $50? Bad.
