Great Centre, went here for pain I’ve been having due to a strained muscle. All the staff were very friendly and inviting! My RMT was very knowledgeable and ensured to answer all my questions! Also made the process very comfortable.

Everyone is very welcoming and knowledgeable with what they do. Nav is an amazing physio therapist I highly recommend to all! Workspace is very clean and the aesthetic is very pleasing.

Went here a couple times for cupping & acupuncture with Erika. She is calming, attentive, and super knowledgeable about the body. I've been able to work towards relieving a lot of pain & built up tension from my back & forearms thanks to her help. Highly recommend :)Other fun facts: Free parking, direct billing, and the new office space is beautiful!

It’s only my second time ever getting a massage so I was a bit nervous. Was having some back pain and needed to get some help. A friend recommended I book with Rupal. She was amazing!! Very knowledgeable and knew the right questions to ask to get to know my pain level and origin. Being my first time working with Rupal, she explained exactly what areas she’s going to massage, how the appointment will go and asked if I was okay with it, giving me the opportunity to change things up if I wanted to. I appreciated this very much I felt comfortable and safe!! Booked another appointment with her in 2 weeks! Very pleased overall.

Amazing and polite staff. I had to deal with a shoulder instability issue in order to get back into playing sports again. My physiotherapist Navraj helped me build up my shoulder strength as well as teaching me how to prime/activate the accessory muscles that will help my shoulder. What I like about Axis is that they will work with you and give you helpful exercises that isn't just a short-term solution.

My partner and I have had a wonderful at Axis with Nav as our PT. He is very knowledgeable, approachable and incredible helpful. The Axis team has been amazing setting up our appointments back to back so we don't have to commute over twice. Highly recommend signing up for an initial consultation if you're on the fence of getting an injuries looked after. They have made the experience very easy, welcoming and hassle free (their website is great!).Thank you Axis team!
