What an exceptional experience. I had my vehicle repaired at a TD repair facility following an accident where someone rear ended and simultaneously side swiped my car. The TD auto body shop after 2, yes that’s right 2 attempts at repair left my car an absolute mess.
Karissa and her team stepped in and worked with me and spent a great deal of time going back and forth with TD Insurance. In the end the support and perseverance paid off and AWIN started the re-repair to fix the TD Insurance body shops poor quality work.
I cannot say enough about the absolute stellar quality work that was done and the support that was given. Would recommend AWIN to anyone looking for quality automobile body repair and service. Lesson learned, no more insurance recommended shops. If in need of auto body repair again, AWIN is where I am going.

I recently had some work done on my rear bumper at AWIN, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, their service was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. The job was completed perfectly, and their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable and transparent. Conveniently located, AWIN is easy to access and makes the whole process even smoother. I highly recommend AWIN for anyone in need of auto body repairs. They truly go above and beyond!

I was rear ended in my new car and I was very upset. I brought my car to AWIN and they restored it back to perfection. Originally they said it would take 8 days to complete but they were able to do the work in 4. I was thrilled! My car looks great. Thank you to Germaine Wan and his team.

Was referred to by my dealership as they use this auto body shop. As for quality and craftsmanship it is impeccable and quality that is up to par. I dealt with Roger personally and I would say that customer service is most satisfying with up-to-date and prompt reply’s during repairs. They deal with the insurance company directly and will attach you with each email exchange with all parties included, which removes any misunderstanding and complications during the process. My only complaint and reason why I credit them three stars is to bring awareness to other clients that are coming to service the car. They offered me a private car rental company. Generally, I personally don’t like using a non-reputable car company as it always seems to be an issue upon return of the the vehicle. Therefore this my reason for giving them three stars. I left the car at AWIN lot as it was permitted by the car rental company which also takes the hassle of returning the car. After dropping the car I received a phone call within 30 minutes from AFFINITY LUXURY CAR RENTAL (in which I will leave a detail review). With accusations of minor scratches that were possibly made while in my possession. My only problem is that their accusations don’t correlate with the evidence that I have. He allegedly said that the scratchers were white and seem fresh. That the damages may not have been a result of my own doing but I was responsible. In which I agree if that had happened. He told me that I could fix the problem with the same auto body shop that just repaired my car and I could probably work something out with them. He reminded me that if I was to go through insurance that I would have to pay a deductible. Needless to say after the conversation I had with the car rental it made me question there affiliation with this company he had not seen the scratches but he told me that Roger had pictures of the damage. I have emailed both parties and I am waiting on their reply. As they do not work weekends. I advise anyone else to have gone through similar situation to share. As I highly doubt this is a isolated situation. I hope going forward that they use more reputable car rental company. As I was beyond satisfied with my repairs with them.

Simply the best service in town. My car was unfortunately struck while parked on the side of a road. Germaine guided me through the process with insurance, taking time to explain what was going on and re-assuring me that everything will be alright.

I have had our Audi Q7 and Q8 repaired by Chris and team. I could not be happier with the team's level of service and professionalism and, very importantly, the end product! From the initial estimate of the work needed for my car to the delivery of the final product AWIN was totally professional! Germaine, the company's representative, provided a detailed and comprehensive estimate of the damages and the work needed to repair them. Everything was "up front". He said the work would take a week and gave a cost estimate that was accurate to the penny! As in all good body work I cannot tell that there was any damage in the first place. Body work is not for amateurs! Germaine and AWIN are thoroughly professional!
