I brought an old Tizio lamp with floor base for service last month.
I am very happy with the Showroom Sales Manager: Angelina, for providing me with the best service.
She is very friendly polite and attentive.
I am happy with my lamp back.
Overall 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Terrible customer service. I am looking for what I know will be expensive lighting fixtures for my home, and went into this store because I liked what I saw on their website. I asked about track/rail systems and other ceiling fixtures, and was told by the salesperson that these are typically for commercial applications and she couldn’t show me any. She then quite pointedly looked me up and down and said “…and they’re quite expensive” in a tone that suggested that she thought I couldn’t afford them anyway. Very off-putting experience.

Extremely uncomfortable experience. The woman at the store came to me and said hi and just kept staring with wide eyes, I wasn’t sure what she wanted and we stood there in silence and then she said “just looking?” I said yes and she literally huffed away. Mind you I had just entered the store maybe taken two steps. Lol I stepped right out. pathetic

Extremely uncomfortable experience. Beautiful lighting. Our experience in the store was disappointing though. Angelina was not helpful and borderline rude. Perhaps shopping online or at another location would be better.

I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received. There was a mistake in communication so a staff member drove my new light to my home. Apologized and went beyond to make it tighter than right. I just don’t encounter that level of service so much any more.

Apart from the overpriced and poor quality of their lighting fixtures, the most strikingly negative aspect of the business is their customer service. The staff was very rude to us when we tried to ask a simple question regarding the price of an item. The reason for the unpleasant attitude towards us was perhaps bc she considered that we would not be spending as much at the store as another family that was also there at the time. We specifically asked her if she would be okay with us asking her a quick question before enquiring about the price of an item to which she "happily" agreed, then when we pointed to the lamp (a tiny lamp that cost $500) she made a very snark remark about not being able to help two people at once. Should the price of the item that we enquired about have been higher, we would not have had the same ageist and dismissive response. The encounter left us feeling very uncomfortable.
