To the young Caucasian male staff who greeted everyone but me: If you’re going to follow me around the store watching me (I could see your reflection in the mirrors) you can at least offer me assistance. The female staff just walk by like everyone of the customers are Casper. I am a woman of colour and sincerely hope that I was not being profiled. I will take my business elsewhere because my money iis the same colour as the other customers.

I’ve shopped at Aritzia for over 15 years and my experience today was the most memorable.
Came in today to shop for some work clothes and Danielle was absolutely amazing! As I work in restaurants, it can be difficult to find work pieces that are functional, comfortable but timeless. She listened to my needs and made great suggestions, as well as answered my questions about some old Aritzia items that I was looking for. She was patient and showed genuine care.
To top it all off, she shared a token with me to have a complimentary drink at the cafe on my way out. 10/10 shopping experience and I look forward to coming back to see Danielle.

I don’t say ALL the Aritzia staff is rude.
It’s all up to who you receive service from.
Some of them are super nice, and some are super rude. Can be their good day, and can be their bad day.
That’s all about it.

The collection at the store is not great as many items are not available . Mackenzie really helped me in finding out the perfect outfit both times I went to this location.

I had a pleasant experience during my first time shopping at Aritzia in Canada. From the moment I walked through the (heavy) revolving door to when I exited, the shop associates provided me with an experience that, if I worked in retail, I would wish to provide to others.
They helped me get situated in a fitting room, fetched more sizes in similar pants, and showed me around the store to find blouses that would go well with the grey pair of pants I decided to buy. Thank you for giving me a memorable and incredible shopping experience! I will definitely remember my last day in Toronto as an incredible one, thanks to the team effort of all the lovely store associates who made my visit so great.

As a regular patron of this Aritzia location, I typically enjoy positive shopping experiences. However, this particular afternoon was notably disappointing. When inquiring about the bichon display for sale, a friendly employee informed me that they were sold out due to high demand. Subsequently, when I politely approached another staff member regarding the possibility of purchasing the display item, her response was aggressive, accompanied by raised voices and a disrespectful refusal. This encounter left me feeling embarrassed and humiliated. The unprofessional behavior exhibited by this employee ranks among the worst I've experienced at Aritzia.
I believe it is imperative for Aritzia's management to conduct periodic evaluations of their employees to ensure the maintenance of proper customer service skills. It is essential that all employees, irrespective of their position or salary, treat customers with respect in any customer-facing capacity. Such conduct is unacceptable, particularly within the retail industry where customer service is paramount. In light of this incident, I have made the decision to transition my shopping activities to online platforms.
I have attached an image depicting the employee's appearance and attire during the interaction to provide a visual context. This behavior not only falls short of acceptable standards but also tarnishes the overall shopping experience at Aritzia.

This brand is totally not worth it. I purchased a dress online and it came damaged, so I returned it and order the same dress again. Guess what? It delivered damaged AGAIN! I wrote an email to their customer service and complained about it. They just say sorry and they can offer an exchange for anything of equal or greater value, if it’s greater value, I need to pay the extra. How ridiculous? So who’s gonna be responsible for the transportation fee for going to the store and return the dress for two times?
Seriously, don’t buy anything for them, they don’t value their customers at all.

If you want to spoil your mood - welcome to Aritzia ! Super bizarre situation happened today before closure. I was charged twice for the more expensive sweater, and if I didn't notice I’d have to pay extra 37cad, not much but leaves negative experience! Then when refunding the difference I was told I don’t have to tap my credit card, which also was strange, was told it’s some Aritzia system which refunds automatically… hmm but to see that i still need to wait 3 business days. Like I don’t want to think someone would do that on purpose but surprisingly I wasn’t charged twice for a cheaper sweater. And funny that on the refund receipt the reason is not their mistake but apparently it was me who didn’t like the fit!!! Like for real ?!!!! Oh and they even forgot to remove security seal on it so now I have to face this unprofessional customer service on cashier twice !!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!
