Outstanding customer service from Nerary. Very accommodating & gave me lots of options.
Typically, people say they'd be afraid shopping at Aritzia because some reps could look snobbish, but Nerary proved otherwise.

Had the best experience! Nerary helped me find a cute pastal outfit for a party I am attending and Mariam was wonderful in the fitting room :D I can't wait to come back because of those two!

I love this place. Atina K Is the BEST worker you could ever imagine! GIVE HER A RAISE OR PROMOTE HER SHES TOO GOOD! Coming to this store to see here every time I go! Thank you so much Atina for everything you helped me with. Hope to see you soon ? from Natalie !!! Also the drinks were delicious! I got the watermelon lemonade with chia seeds! It was amazing. The associates are very quick to ring you out, as if there is a giant line behind you, you look back and there is literally no one. The girls talk to you as if they are your manager and you are under performing at work. Terrible customer service unless you’re very clear you’re buying items over $200, otherwise be expected to be treated like gum on the sidewalk. No one is really helping you find your size or item and it feels more like you’re a bother to them. Even the ladies at the Toronto Premium Outlets were much sweeter, and their location is much busier. The cafe experience was lovelier at Yorkdale and Easton’s centre. The cafe at Vaughn mills feels like you’re drinking coffee in a parking lot in a warehouse, no cute views.

worse experience! try to make a return on this store, i know is on sale, just ask to put money back to shopping card, they told me no, and ask me to do it back to markville mall. zero customer service!!!!!!

This place is the worst. My girlfriend tried to return something and it took like 45 minutes. I sat on the chair like an idiot for 45 minutes. I have never been more depressed. We ended up leaving with nothing but took 45 minutes. I wonder what the staff was doing for 45 minutes.

Honestly the best Aritzia experience i've ever had! Sania is THE BEST stylist, she knows exactly how to put outfits together and her customer service skills are on point. I usually only ever buy one or two things from Aritzia at a time, but she put together soo many cute outfits for me that i'll definitely be getting so much use out of! I'm so happy with my purchases, i'll definitely be back! 10/10!

We had nothing but a fantastic experience at this store. It has a bakery! And it’s huge! We were greeted by about 3 staff asking if we need help but it was the last one we dealt with. She was amazing and I wish I got her name. My daughter told her what she wanted and she came up with a bunch of clothes for her. The service in the fitting room was fantastic as well. I even got offered a coffee or water while waiting for my daughter to try on the clothes.
We will come back to this Vaughn Mills location for sure.
