“Our building's maintenance team at Minto, with Ilmi as the Superintendent and Mimoza in the office, is just amazing! Ilmi fixes stuff super fast, like leaky taps and lights that don't work. Plus, he keeps the hallways looking spick and span. Ilmi is always happy to help, and he's really good at his job. When he's around, we know things are in good hands. Meanwhile, Mimoza, our Service Coordinator, is the heart and soul of our community. She's always nice and friendly, making everyone feel welcome. If you need something done, she's on it in no time. Mimoza keeps everything organized and running smoothly. She's a big part of what makes our building feel like a happy place. Thanks, guys, for all your hard work! You're the best!”
“I lived there for 95-99. Had a ground floor suite looking in between the buildings. The place was huge by todays condo standards and back then I had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 entrance apartment for $800/mo. Today, I think that same place goes for $3,000.”

“An iconic building that has been well preserved and is still well used. There is an underground access to college park station which makes this a great place to be able to access the subway as well as a station that has access to good shopping and other amenities.”
“My first visit today to the Bloor Street, Toronto Dior boutique was absolutely amazing! It was raining cats and dogs outside, the security guard was very pleasant to show me where to pop my umbrella. Once inside, Kenneth was so welcoming. He asked if I neededhelp and detected my Australian accent. After a very pleasant conversation, he let me browse without pressure. After showing me to the shoe department, we had a very nice conversation and he showed me some shoes. He was very knowledgeable about the Dior products. I picked out a pair that I've been wanting for ages and left the boutique. Even with the bag cover my paper bag got absolutely soaked and almost ripped in two. I ducked back to see if I could just change the bag over and the other CA who was near the door was equally as welcoming. They changed over the bag and it was perfect! They even offered to order me a cab to get back to the GO station. Highly recommend for amazing service and a beautiful creations. Thanks Kenneth & team!”

“57 Bay Charles Apartments is a very good place to live in. I've lived here for a year and a half and I really love it. First, its location is excellent. It's near everything: subway, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, you name it. The living environment is nice and quiet and the management is top-notch. I really enjoyed living here.”
