“An iconic building that has been well preserved and is still well used. There is an underground access to college park station which makes this a great place to be able to access the subway as well as a station that has access to good shopping and other amenities.”
“I have been at 77 Howard Street for about 18 months and am quite happy in this well maintained building. I had a couple of small problems but they were handled very quickly. I use a walker and find that everybody will hold door open for me. This pet friendly building has an area out front where people can walk their dogs and I enjoy watching them.”

The unit itself was nice and well-maintained, with no issues during my stay.The management team (Andreea, Lalitha and Sabrina) was friendly and helpful, making my stay here even more enjoyable.There was a minor issue with Kitchen Stove, but they fixed it in no time.I also appreciated the convenient location of the rental unit. It was close to bus stops,shops and other amenities, which made it convenient for me to run errands and explore the area.Overall, I highly recommend this rental unit.
