This Store is a must Go as it has transitioned to a new owner and they are trying their very best to make things better, and it’s a lot better from the mess it was a month ago. Staff is very welcoming and friendly and are trying their very best to accommodate all the customers needs. Just let them know your need and it will be available the next day.

I used to be a frequent customer of Annex Mart for late night snacks, but lately it's awful. I think there are new owners and it seems like they're turning it into more of a vape shop?
That's not the issue, though. The issue is the fact that they are selling expired food. Maybe they're trying to get rid of the old stock.
There is a fridge that can be accessed by customers that seems to be where they're keeping expired items for some reason, maybe for inventory count later, I don't know. But then I was looking at the fridges with the regular "fresh" items, and more than half of it is expired. The milk is all expired, as well as some chips, sodas, etc.
I get trying to save money by trying to sell off extra stock, but you cannot sell people expired food. And the expiration dates aren't even close. Today, August 11, there is milk that expired July 18th.
If anyone still plans to buy food or drinks here, even if it's just pop, PLEASE check the expiration dates.

I came here after a concert next door, needing electrolytes and fluids. Decent selection of drinks, though the prices seemed a little high for what I got. Regardless, I appreciate the convenience.

I loved my stay here at one of their apartments.
The area is clean , mantained the neighbourhood is so pretty as well the rooms and common area is well managed.
It has all the basic amenities and kitchen appliances needed for a stay we loved it and highly recommend it as well.

Hey maybe don’t post that you’re open till 2:30am if you’re going to close before 11:30pm!!! I walked all the way here cause it’s the only convenience store that was showing as open in the area, what a waste of my time.
