Lots of cool stuff, but it's true that they yelled at some kids that had drinks.
I didn't feel like I was followed.
I asked about a yukito figure but they didn't have it.
Things were very pricey.
Bags being stolen is terrifying though.

Great selection of Anime figures. Suggest checking their web site first and avoid bringing any bag into store else you will have to leave at the front. It's a bit over price but worth it for hard to get items.

Staff were extremely rude. Figures are way overpriced. Got yelled at for bringing in a drink (I didn't notice the small sign saying no drinks). It would kill these staff to actually smile at customers.

The store has a good variety of Figuarts, Figma, Nendoroids, Gundam Kits, and some kamen rider merch. It's a bit pricy compared to other stores but it's expected when you shop at a local anime store outside of japan. However, it's a shame they don't have any super sentai merch besides figuarts and 2 kits, mostly hope they carry memorial edition items like the Gaburevolver or Geardalinger. But overall, it's the 2nd place to get tokusatsu merch other than anime city.

I've been going to this store for several years and never had an issue until my most recent visit. I was incredibly excited to bring my boyfriend to view the figures/manga and despite his hesitance to place his bag at the front (for fear of it being stolen) assured him it would be safe. Once it was we headed in further and about a few minutes in, notice a staff member following us and hovering around corners. He only ever pulled away when I turned around and stared him down. This has never been my experience in this store and it was incredibly offensive considering we obliged as usual and left our bags at the front, leaving us with no possible way to steal even if it was our quest. Left both of us in a bad mood and ruined his impression of the store (as well as mine :/) Idk if it's just newer staff being too paranoid or if it was because he and I are black (capable of black magic) but it sucked.

I had the great pleasure to visit the shop I came from UK and my friend took me to downtown and we got to the shop.... the people where very friendly and I had great service I got few items. Thank you it was great experience ?

Changing to 1 star, my friend had their bag stolen cause no one was watching the bag check (bag check is in front of the counter so anyone could grab any bag and no way to verify the bag belongs to you).
Also I know stores have to charge more than online retailers since they have more costs but a 50-60% markup is a bit much.
Go to animecity or meeplemart, this store isn't worth your time.
