I would highly recommend AML Motors for all your car repairs and service. A family run business that has served the community for more than six decades, AML has a solid reputation. I had an issue with our car's battery, and they replaced the necessary part within the battery, rather than simply replacing the battery. A few dollars rather than a few hundred. A small thing, but it shows their integrity and attention to detail.

Incredible customer service as well as mechanical service. They fixed a hard to diagnose problem with my car and I didn’t feel nickled and dimed. I highly recommend AML.

I came to this AutoService because I saw lots of great comments on it, and after reviewing their web page, I trusted to go there and left my vehicle.
Let's evaluate with detail the experience, perhaps I was the exception to their wonderful service they provide to all their customers.
My experience:
Customer Service: I didn't have an appointment, I just walk-in and the person in charge very friendly to accomodate my vehicle within the same day. That was awesome. Five stars.
Communication: The SUV was ready to pick-up, I got an e-mail and a call. What a wonderful way to follow-up your customers with a promtly communication. Five Stars.
Service: The service was "FULL Service Euro Oil Change", which includes
- lube hinges,
- locks and latches
- check and top-up tire pressures
- check and top-up accessible fluid levels
- perform multi point inspection
- reset maintenance reminder
Looks great when you read it. I said my vehicle is going to be treated well, AML Auto Service giving the extra mile for their customers.
The reality was, the Oil service was made, and they reset the maintenance reminder too. The SUV had low coolant level the day of the service, so I was expecting that they top-up that fluid.
I pick-up the SUV a couple of hours later, and the surprise was, low coolant level again, and tire pressure was the same ( One tire had low pressure, that's why I notice it). I left the Auto Service and headed to work that day.
To wrap-up, I hope they did my Oil change, because I have no way to double check that, I just trust on them. The fact that they forgot to top-up the coolant fluid, it's not a big deal, I can go to Canadian Tire or Dealership and top-up that by myself.
It's just, the fact that if you offer to give the customer something, the customer is going to be waiting to get that, otherwise I'll suggest to the company to remove
- check and top-up tire pressures
- check and top-up accessible fluid levels
In that way, the customer get what he paid for, and avoid to feel disappointed with false promises. I could come back to the Autoservice to top-up the fluids, but that represents to me time that I don't have.
One more time, top-up fluids and tire pressure, no big deal, but that makes the difference and creates fidelity to come back again in the future, and next generations.
My best advice, If you go there for a service, double check that the required service was made. If you notice something on the spot, They will be happy to assist you with all your enquiries.

Best hidden jem place to bring your car, so trustworthy and friendly. They don't do extra work you don't need. They have many service bays so they are quick and have specialists in lots of departments.

Took my car to AML Auto Service to have my brakes fixed after getting a quote fromKia (where I had purchased my car 4 years ago). AML charged me half the price of Kia and were kind enough to shuttle me home! I highly recommend this place to service your car, plus, the people are so friendly!

I have always been happy with Aml services until now when i experienced how they deal with issues. Had my snow tires put on at end of November and did not drive the car for a few days as i had a terrible cold. As soon as i drove the car one of the tires, unbeknownst to me, was already completely flat. I continued to drive as I thought it was an engine issue until another driver pointed it out the passenger tire was flat. So i ended up replacing the tire completely as any driving on a flat destroys it. The other tire place checked the tire -there was no nails or issues with the tire itself and they said the tire rim was not sealed. They allowed me to keep the tire as proof. When i called into AML about the tire going flat right right after putting it on, I was told they have no responsibility for any of that whatsoever and his tone was somewhat intimidating. He was not at all concerned about the situation and was just pushing away all responsibility for anything. When i said i was not comfortable with that response, his response was to ask me if i wanted to cancel my upcoming repair appointment in January. I was sick with a cold when this conversation was going on and asked him why i had to decide about the upcoming repair now. As opposed to dealing fairly with my issue, he wanted to cancel me basically as I didn’t agree with his no responsibility answer. I did end up cancelling my service as I felt if they do not stand behind their work why would i give them more work. Ironically while i was on hold waiting to cancel, the commercial on the hold was saying how they put your winter tires on and put you on the road safe and sound. That is not what happened at all. Sorry I wish I could post a better experience.

I had been looking for a new reliable and trustworthy mechanic. After reading reviews on AML I felt comfortable bringing my car in and I have no regrets. I am a new customer I feel I have been bringing my car in for many years to AML…. They took care of my car, working hard to find and fix the issue I had been experiencing.
