Dianne at the Aldo store on Queens Street welcomed us in with a cheery greeting and proceeded to answer all our questions about the shoes we were looking at, she suggested the different sizes that made a lot of sense. A truly awesome shoe shopping experience

It’s been a while since I’ve had a good experience at Aldo, but the store manager Trai made my experience shopping for NYE shoes awesome. The whole staff seemed really well versed in the footwear and was super friendly. Trai answered all of my questions and helped me find a few things to make the shoes feel more comfortable and last longer. It was just a really unpretentious visit, where I didn’t feel like I was being forced to buy anything I didn’t want or need, and wasn’t rushed out of the store. 10/10 would recommend going to see him if you’re looking for great customer service.

Love this location so much and the assistance from the staff especially Trai. He was giving me so much options to choose from and I didn’t know about the flex technology until he told me ? that’s so good an interesting love it ?

Worst location ever! Don't even deserve 1 star, should be zero. I thought it was only me who had a bad experience in this location. Oh well, seems like customer service here was very poor. Very rude "manager" as she pertains herself as, lazy and refuses to look for pairs of shoes, and a liar, telling people they don't have the item but they do, she was just lazy and giving people attitude. I was surprised they hire people like her.

I arrived at store 7.45 but didn’t open the door. They supposed to closed 8PM. Very disappointed. I tried call but they didn’t even answered.

Bad customer service….The girl does not really want to help and shows very little patience. I am the one pushing all the time and she didn’t even help check order availability until I tried to pay. It’s a waste of my time…..
