Pathetic Staff | Arrogance at its finest. I went in store to return a pair of shoes I had bought 3 days ago, which had bad quality and fit, and they refused it saying I had worn them. The whole team of employees ganged up on me saying they can do nothing about it. One of the tall woman among them, threatened to call security on me. Never Ever buy anything from this store as their customer handling is pathetic. Online Customer Representative was way way helpful and resolved my problem.

I feel I got fooled by a worker here. I was looking for shoes for my vacation. I chose a pair of shoes but they didn’t have my size in the store. The lady offered to ship my size to my place and it takes only two days she said. I had 4 days before I leave, so I paid in the store and gave my address. I waited for 4 days but the shoes haven’t even shipped yet. I contacted to a customer support to cancel the order but they couldn’t cancel it somehow. So I’m going on a vacation tomorrow but can’t have the shoes that I wanted to wear and can’t even have my money back to buy a replacement before my vacation. I can’t believe how they make sales like this. ALDO was one of my favorite brand of shoes and bags but I won’t buy anything from them anymore.

I visited this Aldo location in mid-August while scrambling last minute to find a suitable pair of shoes to wear to a wedding. I was assisted by Grace, who went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible experience while shoe shopping. I showed Grace the shoes that caught my eye, and she brought out every available option they had in my size. I tried on each pair, and she helped me select the best ones based on what I said I was wearing to the wedding. She brought my shoes up to check out for me when I was ready to cash out, and she also recommended that I purchase grips so I wouldn't slip in my new heels.Once purchased, she kindly offered to put the grips on my shoes so I wouldn't have to.Lastly, I overheard one of Grace's coworkers mention that she stayed late to assist me. I would never expect an employee to do this, nor should any other customer, but this truly demonstrates Grace's willingness to help others and ensure the needs of customers are met. I cannot overstate how much I appreciated Grace's assistance this evening. I will definitely be returning to this Aldo location in the future.

This aldo is the worst Aldo I’ve been to, the customer service from the assistant manager is disgusting. I recently went into the store expecting a refund because I ordered shoes and did not receive them and she was very disrespectful towards me when I was told I can go to any Aldo location to get my refund. As an assistant manager she should have more respect for her customers and understand that she isn’t better than anyone.

I was denied a refund because I would not provide an email. This was for an in store purchase not an on-line order. Staff at the level 2 store are rude and unprofessional. The shoes are poor quality.

It was between shoes at this Aldo location or its sister company ,Call it spring . However when I came back to buy the shoe at Aldo the customer service was the reason I didn't proceed. The sales associate just pretty much chucked down the box told me last pair try it or don't, basically implying try it or leave, thats fine I get its a bit busy but as atleast be a bit courteous to your customers, and to top it off the shoe inside the box wasn't even the same color, Due to such customer service I didn't purchase and went back to buy at their sister company. The shoe at Aldo and location was slightly better and less pricey, but there has to be some sort of customer service experience. The experience at the Call it Spring was much superior.

I bought a pair of boots which I really liked. Unfortunately, the outer sole broke after 3 weeks. When I went back to the store they told me to contact the customer service. At first they answered my request and asked me to send pictures and further information, which I did. Since then I never heard from them ever again and they never answered my emails.I still hope to be contacted by the customer service...

"Manager" Grace is the most rude employee I have ever spoken to. She will interrupt you, she will make wild accusations, and has no transparency with products or employees. Worst experience after asking about a defective product. She has no people skills, no communication skills, much less leadership or management. Avoid this store because of her unless you purchase items without engaging at employees at all.

Such a pathetic customer service ,store manager the lady she is so arrogant and she do not know how to talk to the customer. I think I would request Aldo Eaton center store to kindly hire the store leader who knows how to deal with customers and can add value to their shopping experience . The senior store manager of the Eaton center have no knowledge of exceptional customer service neither she has any desire to help the client .I am so disappointed I would never recommend any one to shop from the Eaton center store .

Helpful staff and expedited processes for checking stock using their in store app, but they don't carry any half sizes and often no sizes above 8.5.
