There is no better example of exceptional customer service, and every experience fills me with gratitude for the thoughtful and kind consultants who help me with my skincare and fragrance needs. Amazing experience when it comes to exploring new natural unisex Perfumes. Tacit is fresh, with Yuzu and basil. Karst smells like marine and is very relaxing. Customer service was wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable.

It feels like they always want to get you in and out. Tried a few soaps and then was basically asked whether I wanted the first or second one. They could have better service if they're charging $60 for a bottle of soap.

I had great experience with Aesop Yorkville store. Every time I walked my dog & passed the store, the manager & 2 lovely ladies always welcome us and provided fresh fusion water & recommend latest products. I really enjoyed the Aesop Yorkville store & their sincere gesture to welcome the friendly neighborhood. 5-star client service.

This is why sadly I like Aesop but can’t stand the pretentiousness of staff. I was in this afternoon and literally bought two bottles of perfume so quickly as the staff on the shop floor wouldn’t let me touch the bottles. I had taken the cap off and she couldn’t get it out of my hand quick enough! Decided to buy marakkesh and gloam within 30sec so I wouldn’t have to deal with the rudeness. I much prefer the queen street location and will go there moving forward. Some basic manners and losing the coldness as a human is a given in any trade
