Cool if you want to pick something up you like. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR JEWELLERY HEREI left my grandfathers ring here for resizing and your whoever just cut the thing and sodered on a piece of something which obviously fell off. its a shame what you did. I trusted you and now I do not know where to take it to actually get the job done. Also i love wearing the necklace you guys fixed...

I was really disappointed. I had a necklace repaired here but it's like they soldered the white gold chain with some other material like maybe a yellow gold mix. Not impressed with the repair at all but also the service was terrible. They repeat call back to back during my workday and when I arrived at 5:45pm the same day I said I would come the store is closed and no one is there. Store hours online say 6pm but there's no one there well before close. I will never go back to this hack store.Update. Don't expect this place to be open during their hours of operation. I literally walked by more than 30mins before closing time and everything was closed...

Dropped of my engagement ring (heirloom) for resizing. This ring means a lot to us. Trusted and left our ring. Service was quick and reasonable price. Can't wait to pick it up and waiting time is not long.They did an amazing job with my engagement ring. It's looks brand new and fits me perfectly! Highly recommended this place!!

DO NOT use this jeweler to replace watch batteries. Horrible customer service. I brought a watch to get a battery replaced and the hand of the watch fell off. The owner offered to repair the watch which took over a month and when I got it back the face of the watch was completely scratched and damaged. When I asked the owner what he could do to rectify the situation he said there was nothing he could do and blamed his repair person. Now I have a useless watch. Very poor customer service.

I picked up my gold necklace to be repaired. This is the second time I've taken a piece of jewellery to Adere Jewellers. I was pleased and so happy with the outcome. They were professional, called me when it my necklace was ready. Showed the spot on the necklace where the repair occurred. I feel comfortable and would recommend Adere Jewellers to anyone for beautiful pieces and a place of trust for repairs.
