I arrived to the store at 10:50, I was in the front of the line by 10:53. I asked to purchase some beers and was told Im unable to because 'theres only 7 minutes left'.
It was due completely to the employees laziness and unwillingness to unlock the cooler. Very disappointing. Why say you're going to sell beer until 11, and then refuse service at 10:53.
I won't be going back.

Extremely rude and terrible customer service. Called me a waste of time and wasnt even trying to resolve my issue insisting they were right and I was wrong. Such a simple situation that could of had been easily resolved was turned into a situation where I was wrong and they were right without trying to understand what I was saying. The customer is always right is a saying I don't necessarily agree with but in this circumstance I can understand why it's a saying. Didn't even try to agree with me. Just simply disagreed and made me feel like I was in the wrong. Terrible service.

I've been coming here for over 5 years and tonight the first time ever in my life the new guy working at the cash accused me of stealing a chocolate bar and shoving it into my $50 bag of groceries.... (I hope they check the cameras and they will see. I never was near chocolate bars and I just was pacing back and forth deciding on a drink...)
I was flabbergasted and taken back and more taken back by his attitude, he told me I stole after I whipped out a my phone/credit card and had no problem paying for my drinks. Right in front of a bunch of people too. Please do something immediately with your staff. I will be reporting this. It's already hard enough coming into the sketchy location now to have incompetent staff.
Just be warning. Anybody that comes in in sweatpants and no makeup will be accused of stealing!!!

One of the best 7-11 stores I’ve been to. I visited the store today, 2nd July, around 8pm and was assisted by a Filipina girl who was very friendly. She even encouraged me to buy the day’s promotion which was the buy 1-take 1 sandwich. Store is clean and well maintained.

Had a very negative experience tonight. The cashier witnessed a shoplifter and was yelling at him which kept escalating the situation, as the shoplifter threatened to stab the employee. All this was happening while the shoplifter was standing right next to me and I felt like my own life was threatened during this whole situation.
Standard policies for any business dictates that employees should NOT confront shoplifters as they can be a liability to both the store/employees as well as any customers in the area.
If I ended up getting hurt by the aggressive shoplifter I would inevitably blame that cashier as they did not do anything to de-escalate.
Very unprofessional, and the ironic thing was that the shoplifter himself de-escalated the situation by leaving the store. The employee was there only to make things worse.

They don’t know who to serve to customers and talk to the customers especially nelia. She was rude with every customer. She asked for id i just told her can i show at the time of picking up my whole order. She told me you have to show me right kow. you can do anything whatever you want. I am the boss. Worst guys are working there.

hello, today I was particularly disappointed in your store, the police were called on me, although I was just trying to count my money, whether I can pay for a product that I like or not. I am working as a security guard in 7 walmer , i come to your store everyday purchasing things like food , as i am doing night shift of 12 hour , your all staff is very good but i am noticing one philippine laddy do not behave properly. I notice many times so please its my request its not good impact on customers. So I hope that you do something about her . Thank you
