Love the slurpee here. My son ordered his lunch here and the elder gentleman at the counter served him very friendly, which was a pleasant experience during our journey.

I order from this location on Uber eats and this is what arrived. An elastic band cooked into my cookie and a half empty drink. This is not only a food safety hazard but poor customer service. I do not recommend and I will be taking further actions.

On vacation and drove from MB to Toronto to explore tourist attractions and enjoy city. The workers were friendly and helpful. But wedges were undercooked and yet I patiently waited kind of long for it to be ready.

Completely unprofessional in everyway..
Was in there for maybe 5 minutes to get nachos and a hotdog..
Went to get the cheese first it worked but when I tried the chilli nothing came out..
Had to flag down a worker and told him, looks at me as if he didn't work there and says "ok"..
I am waiting and he is in the corner moving pop cases around..
So I ask another worker and she opens it up but the machine hasn't heated the chilli and it's ice cold to the touch, so forget that..
Ask the other worker for a hotdog and he says oh sorry just put them on and not ready, at that point I just left buying zero..
So they have what looked like 4 workers and nothing is organized, this other gentleman asked a worker why the pop was water ?
He says oh we ran out of syrup for the machine, ran out at 7pm on a weekend ?
I won't be back as it's a waste of a drive to just look around at a store you can only look but not able to buy anything..
My advice to who runs this store head management would probably get rid of all of you as you are all incompetent and none of you obviously care about customer service..
As I see from other reviews this is a pattern which means nothing will change having this staff..
I think I will contact head office if someone hasn't yet to get a proper 7/11 that follows guidelines with customer service..

I wish I could give you guys a zero instead. The assistant manager is EXTREMELY RUDE, (older Filipino lady). I waited for her for 2 minutes while she was busy stapling receipts and when I asked for what I was looking for she was seemingly annoyed and said I'm coming. Then proceeded to briefly look for it then yelled out I don't have it. I asked her if she could have the other lady look for it since she's preoccupied and the audacity of her to say "I'm the assistant manager here" basically saying she runs the place whichever way she wants. I left with my money and will never set foot in there again. I go to that location at least three times a week for gas, hot meals, snacks and a bunch of other stuff. You have lost my business.

To be honest, I want to give 0 stars. The first picture is what was shown on Uber eats and is what I wanted, the second one is what they changed to me directly without contacting me. The attitude of these store clerks is too bad, and the pictures they put on Uber eats are completely inconsistent with the products they actually have, especially the medicines. I don't understand why I can buy a wrong medicine, and it's late at night, and they only show that they have it. I called them to help solve it, but they kept saying, wait a minute, wait a minute. I asked them to return the money, but they wouldn't let me. They just said that they only have this medicine and I'll give it to you. Moreover, they didn't contact me before shipping to say that the medicine that matches the picture is out of stock.
