I went in around 1am last night to grab food. The kid working there had absolutely no respect and had no interest in serving me. When I asked him a simple question he rolled his eyes and dreaded to answer my question. It seemed like he had more interest in talking to his co-worker then serving a customer. Awful.

Gave me all the wrong food. And when I went back to correct the order, he gave me attitude and lied about how he "personally made it" when all he did was bark the order at his assistant. Wasnt a big deal until he made it one. Cashier has an ego and attitude problem, and hes shady. I'd stay clear of this 711.

I ordered food from skip the dishes. They gave me all the wrong things. My pizza was cold and hard and STALE! Instead of honey garlic wings I got crispy chicken wings. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and I got 1 cheese and 1 sausage and it was packed like dog food. The wedges were disgusting and hard. I asked for 2 ranch I only got 1 ranch. I didn't even receive my meatball skewer and other items were missing. I will NEVER or from this place again. I suggest nobody orders from here do yourself a big favor

I don't feel welcome or appreciated when I come in here. The staff have an atrocious attitude. I go somewhere else now.
The staff, particularly the male ones have this complex that they are never wrong or are capable of making mistakes. Somehow, the customer is always wrong. I've had several instances of this happen to myself as well as witnessed it happen to others.
They seem to operate on the logic of "we don't want your business, we don't care. Someone will take your place. It's no loss. Everyone needs gas, cigarettes and lottery."
Sure, I suppose, but this location isn't as busy as it used to be 10 years ago, and the neighborhood has grown and continues to do so. You can draw your own conclusions.

This is how one of my hot dogs arrived. No condiment packets in the bag either. One of my other items was missing entirely and I had to refund from Uber. A third item I ordered was substituted and no notifcation given. Fourth item was a cinn bunn and the frosting was all over the inside of the bag. Just on one order. Idk who was working the late night but bro. Do better. Additionally in the past I've had multiple other orders with stale bread and food thats been sitting forever. So I've now been ordering from a diff 7-Eleven which is literally so much further because I don't trust the employees here at Islington.

I never had a problem with this 7-Eleven but the other day, my sister and I stepped in for slushies before going to do what we needed to do. My sister paid perfectly fine but when it was my turn, they let other people go in front of me and when I was finally able to step up to pay, the woman working there told the man about to cash me out to leave and that she’d cash me out just to proceed to do other things. So I set down the exact amount of change for the slushie and started to leave just for her to yell at me that she had to scan it in order for me to leave, so I waited and she didn’t even scan anything. Her attitude was rude and an embarrassment to herself.
