57 Bay Charles Apartments is a very good place to live in. I've lived here for a year and a half and I really love it. First, its location is excellent. It's near everything: subway, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, you name it. The living environment is nice and quiet and the management is top-notch. I really enjoyed living here.

I had a wonderful experience living in this building for 18 months. The location was fantastic, with easy access to three subway stations. The management team was always responsive and quick to address any issues that arose. The building was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and my neighbors were respectful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I had the pleasure of staying at 57 Charles St W for 7 years. I can unreservedly say I had a fantastic experience. The location was extremely convenient, the property was very well maintained and all of the staff have been friendly, professional and extremely responsive. Thank you to everyone at 57 Charles!

This is a quiet nice place to live, indeed. With perfect location in downtown and managers for the building are my life saver. Rosemary she’s one of the kindest people I have ever seen. Everything was so great, people are nice and helpful.

I received my fridge today, I must say that Clarence was a big help, he is very efficient and quick, Clarence is a very good worker, also Jonathan was very helpful. Sue and Rosemarie are always there for me, their good service makes 57 Charles St W. a good living experience.

I really can’t say enough good things about 57 Charles at Bay. The building is a bit older, but it’s clean, well maintained and as central as can be (a short walk to endless shopping, entertainment and three TTC lines). However, as other reviewers have mentioned, it’s the management and maintenance teams that are the true stars. Sue, Rosie, Clarence and Arnold are second-to-none in their professionalism and courtesy, attention and service to their residents. If I have to rent again in Toronto, I would not hesitate doing so at 57 Charles at Bay!
