I had the pleasure of staying at 57 Charles St W for 7 years. I can unreservedly say I had a fantastic experience. The location was extremely convenient, the property was very well maintained and all of the staff have been friendly, professional and extremely responsive. Thank you to everyone at 57 Charles!

I put in a request for a few small repairs and the team at Residence on Bloor came first thing the next morning (a Saturday)! Ray and Adriene did a phenomenal job with easy, speed and efficacy. Thank you so much!

This is a quiet nice place to live, indeed. With perfect location in downtown and managers for the building are my life saver. Rosemary she’s one of the kindest people I have ever seen. Everything was so great, people are nice and helpful.
